with a breath taking, chill air, oozing wind and serene waves and sounds, i found my peace here. had the sultanabreakfastfor two, amazing spread and finger licking healthy meal with nice sulaimani, baklava icecream was wow and double apple shisha for the calls in you.

beautiful indoor seating is also available but why would you sit inside when its having beautiful view like these 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

we had turkish pide, sultan pan, turkish coffee and caffe carmel. all dishes were delicious.

very poor customer service, manager is very very rude, waiters forget the complementary sweets for us. food is cold. they charge us for extra tea without
informing that is was not included inbreakfastset. money not worth of quality of food.
only view is good, nothing else. please don't waste your time and money on this resturant.

it was my last visit to this place, this morning. though the location and view is amazing and it used to be my regularbreakfastplace on weekends but enough of bearing with the staff which is pathetic. they would make fake promises to give you the table with a view but you would only be able to get it if you are one of their favorites or speak their language. seems like discrimination. pathetic is the word! would never visit this place again.

visited today to havebreakfastwith friends.. worst experience ever! the service was bad from the beginning, and the way the waiter and staff treated us was very disrespectful to the point that we had to leave the restaurant.

we visited the place to have a good breakfast. we badly wanted to sit infront of the sea view and enjoy ourbreakfastbut due to the shisha smoke done on that side, we couldn't go there because we had a 10 months old baby with us. so i would request them to do a separate sea side view for families as well as they can enjoy their breakfasts with a view as well. as far as service is concerned, the staff members always insist you to buy something higher than your capacity without taking the no. of family members into consideration. so as per the staff who was serving us told to a order a bigger breakfast, we ended up buying that. then we realized that meal didn't have shakshouka in it, so we had to order shakshouka (egg) individually. so i think the service sucks a little bit. overall, it is a good place but needs to add a little more advancements and professional attitude in it. we enjoyed ourbreakfastand black tea. loved the shakshouka.

love the food, but the service is deceiving, we came forbreakfastand asked for royalbreakfastthey told us they don't have it, and offered us the same food but separate, instead of paying 138 they charged us 280. very bad customer service.

loved the view of the sea, their 2 peoplebreakfastwas yummy, big and diverse, the inside of the restaurant was very cozy with fairoz songs on.

i could say this place is one of the best restaurants located in ajman , place, food, and price just excellent and honestly turkish food is very good.
i would say its the place to havebreakfastwith friends and family because of the beautiful view you’ll have while eating your yummy food.

we started our meal with zatar salad which i would highly recommend this to salad lovers and we has sultan pan which was omelet in middle with fried brown bread some sausages and mushroom baked with cheese .

after we ordered two more dish honestly there collection of pastries was unbelievable and perfect for carbs lovers , and not t forget how delicious and cheesy it was hahahahahah

anyways the other dish we ordered which looks like 8 different dips people omg it was to die for its the perfect healthy snack .

today morning we had abreakfast, service wasn't good at all ! the waiter who took the orders was very rude and no respect shown at all! quality of food wasn't good as well specially spinach cheese manqosha.
that was disappointing , my wife invited her friends and all aren't satisfied with service!
the only positive point is the sea view.

so i am huge fan of turkish food and sultan saray was just the place to delight my tastebuds. located at ajman corniche the restaurant has a lovely ambience. we went there for dinner and started off with the sultan mix appetizer which was very good indeed. complimentary hot bread dipped in those lovely appetizer dips was just the thing we were craving for. for the main course we ordered lamb chops and sheesh tawooq, the lamb chops were very well cooked and very good however the sheesh tawooq could have been better. plus i don't know why the sheesh tawooq weren't served hot! after we were done the waitress got us complimentary coffee and some fresh fruits which was quite refreshing to have after having hogged all that meat. last but not the least since husband and i are big fans of dessert we ended our experience with kunafah topped with vanilla ice cream. the dessert was mind blowing!! all in all sultan saray is a good place to have dinner, have heard a lot about theirbreakfastlooking forward to trying that!! total damage for all this food was around 250 dirhams yep a bit heavy on the pocket but still worth the visit!!

we have been there for breakfast. we orderedbreakfastfor 2 . but ıt has been disappointment for us . tomato and cucumber was very dry . i think they prepare 5 hours ago . but the best point when ı asked the waiter about it he told me its fresh just eat it . really good answer !! eggs was cold . and water glass was has crevice . the staff is not care the their service . we didnt enjoy .
and here is a turkish restaurant. so i think they have to have even one turkish staff . this restaurant dont have turkish hospitalty .
just a good think afterbreakfastthey service the fırın sütlaç . it was tasty .
