100% best burgers in town!! the staff are all very friendly and provide great service. always satisfied, definitely worth eating at spitfire!

worst first experience eating at this place. there was one very very rude waitress who had the most appalling customer service skills. didn’t even receive an apology from this waitress even after making several mistakes with our order. burgers weren’t the best. definitely won’t be going back!!

the veggie burger is delicious - the best veggie burger i’ve had in a really long time. and the portion sizes are very generous. highly recommend!

one of the best and biggest burgers i’ve ever had. i had absolutely no chance of finishing it but gave it a good crack. the boyfriend loved it even more than i did!!

had the thunder bolt , best burger i’ve ever had! chicken was cooked to absolute perfection, couldn’t believe how tender it was. service was fantastic. will be back, couldn’t recommend more.

had the corsair burger. everything on it was great except the bun which was disappointing. the salad dressing was not nice but the grilled chicken on it was great.

hands down best burgers. i drive 50 minutes to this place for a burger. the wait staff are excellent, and the owners and their two boys are brilliant, very friendly and up for a chat. the 3rd time we went there, my 6 month old was a bit restless and wouldn't lay still in the pram, so one of the owners picked him up and walked up and down the restaurant with him whilst my wife and i were able to eat our burgers. ingredients always fresh and, nothing is too hard for them. their menu says no alterations to the burgers, but they always accommodate if you want something changed. i don't even look at the menu any more, i just ask the owner to make me something and he comes up with a burger. bring your appetite, they are seriously big.

had corsair burger. fantastic food. big juicy beef patty cooked perfectly. friendly wait staff willing to accommodate needs and refilling water on table without needing to be asked. sweet potato fries delish!

took 35mins waiting for food only to realise order didn't go through. lucky i prompted the waitress where our food was as both tables beside us came after us and got their orders before us...good observation by staff...then only to get "fixed up" and get the chips waived on our meal.

come with an appetite these birgers are massive!

a little pricey but considering the size of them...
really need more options for littlies and older folk.

saw photos of spitfire burgers on friends' social media and couldn't wait to try. definitely did not disappoint! looks like it's a family business which i love and the service was great because of it. thanks heaps! 😁

the size of these burgers are a waste of food! i think a burger should be fit to be lifted with both hands. i had to remake one half of it four times. i couldnt eat the other half. burgers are about 6/8 inches tall.


tip-
1. decrease the quantity and reduce the price as you have not nice tasting burgers.
2. make sure you have all the food come out together
3. your front line staff should be at an age to serve the floor- especially with a liquor license 😉

one of the best places on the peninsula... value for money is exceptional. handsome friendly staff.. great family run restaurant huge burgers and salads..

giant giant burgers! appreciated the great service (including from a young man that's helping out the family - he gives better service than plenty of experienced grown-ups i've come across). multiple vegetarian options - i went the mosquito.

don't feel embarrassed to get topless or naked so that you can not be so full...

these were ginormous 😯 in the best ways possible, of course. i got the spitfire burger with an extra serving of bacon and a fried egg (which i totally recommend btw) and it was stuffed with a thick beef patty, fresh veggies, caramelised onions, glorious cheese and slathered with sauce.

the patty was cooked all the way through and nicely charred on the surface. it did get a little dry which is my only gripe but hey with a patty that thick you can't really complain 😛

this burger was good for two. and!!!! i highly recommend a side of sweet potato chips - they are the best i've ever had 🍟👌🏼
