one of a kind menu with delectable variety of indian food with a molecular gastronomy twist. the pani puri is the most perfect i've ever experienced. every dish is unmissable! thanks to steven and pankaj for being such lovely hosts.

spiceklub has been on my bookmark for the past 2 years. i had been postponing it for a long time.
dropped in today for lunch with my family.
they follow a good safety precautions.
we started off with pav bhaji fondue which my mom and dad loved a lot.
nanna was my favorite. loved every bit of it.
we ended with a kebab which was mine and my husband favorite.
for main course we went for
cheese naan - you can literally taste the cheese. my dad liked it a lot.
chilli garlic butter naan - the chilli didnt hit me . it was okish.
paneer kulcha was yum.
dum briyani was my sons favorite. it had the right amount of spice to it.
our sides included -
panneer tikka masala - this was the best o the lot.
kohlapuri - was good.
tawa kgadai was okish. was a little let down

we ended our lunch with 2 desserts .
one was bubbling kulfi- this was okish. i loved the accompanies but not the kulfi.
other was the flower pot.the rasamalai with chocolate is a total hit.

vfm -3/5.
but since the hospitality was super good with our 18 month baby. i was impressed with the service. so this 4 is for mr.suresh.

amazing fusion food. takes your taste buds for a ride ! have been here twice and have tried several items. have tried the mango on the rocks, pav bhaji fondue, galauti kebab, their berry dessert served in an edible glass, papdi chaat all were flawless. can't think of any other equivalent place in chennai..

its definitely a must try. it does give a different molecular gastronomical experience. every dish comes with a twist .
tomato cappuccino was soo nice. a perfect cream foam with basic tomato soup.
appetizers are all soo good. perfect portion size. a special mention to their complementary 5 chutneys which are a appetizer by themselves. for the main course we had peas pulao and dum briyani. both were great. the papad was too big.
the beverages were soo great. mint chaas was spot on. dry sewerage mango on the rocks was a treat to both eyes and tastebuds.

desserts. we got bit disappointed with the soap cake. it tasted okiee. the bubbling kulfi had a variety of flavors. but not a great value for money

so far a great trip. will sure visit it again

we were 3 of us and luckily had reserved a table in advance even for a tuesday evening. we took mr. prakash's advice and went experimenting without a main course. be it the edible drinks of malai lassi or mango on the rocks they were just mouth watering. the visual theatrics with mango on the rocks, pani puri and the flower pot is a great experience. the taste of the pav bhaji fondue, naanza and the visual dishes completes the dining experience. thank you for helping me give a great experience to my husband on his bday!

you can check my other reviews, i hardly give 5 stars, but this one deserves it. this restaurant modernizes traditional indian cuisine and still manages to impress us. we ordered a pani puri which was awesome, both the fillings and chutneys. but the highlight was definitely pav bhaji fondue, which was out of the world and chole kulche was also good. also do try the sizzling spiceklub falooda. overall a great experience.

good place to try out dishes prepared with a difference and served with happiness. another good thing we found is that the tip we give, is shared by all waiters from the all the tips received. this is a healthy sign for all waiters to work with same mindset. something good to be learnt.

this restaurant has vegetarian indian food but served in experimental ways (molecular gastronomy) for starters and desserts. the food was largely tasty. though i didn't like what they did with vada pav. in mains indian flatbreads were really well done and dal makhani superb.
in desserts we tried falooda. while taste was good, few chunks of tutti fruity in it were really hard to chew. overall an above average experience. definitely the way food is served here is photographer's delight.
