a very good experience overall , amazing and tastyfood, the service by steven was very good,a must try place in the city

relatively smallish set-up with good ambience.foodpresentation has their own touch such as the green chutney comes in the form of foam instead of liquid, dahi in dahi chaat is jelly-fied etc.
taste of thefoodis just about average. nothing special.

posting live from spice klub~

came here for my friend's birthday today
ordered tomato soup, hara bhara kebab, kadai panneer, roti& desert .
after 15 minutes wait soup was served,
sat for more than an hour nothing else came,
and finally the waiter prakash did the great favour of telling thatfoodis yet to be prepared,
we said thanks & they had the great courtesy to give me bill for the soup. i have paid it & leaving.
thanking spice klub for the wonderful service
and for a great birthday for my friend
the worst service ever in my life in any restaurant

worst service when you go in a big group. we had a group booking of almost 30 people and the service that was provided is nothing in comparison with the usual service. i have been to spice klub earlier and was always happy so thought of hosting my parent's 30th anniversary here but i'm highly disappointed this time. staff didn't attend us properly and even thefoodwas served super late. when it's a fixed menu it's easy for a restaurant to serve but here i dunno what made it so difficult for the staff to follow. we had to ask for every item, it took them 2 hours to serve main menu. when asked for a dish they got it 30 minutes later, even pani puri took them that long.
super annoyed with the service and even thefooddidn't have the usual taste.

i went to the restaurant only for the ratings by zomato. but humble request to everyone please don't get fooled away by the 4.6 rating. never seen this worst customer service and poor staffs anywhere. they just chase away the customers by saying nofoodupfront on the face very rude and they keep pushing the customers saying last order. bottom line *save some self-respect for yourself.*

thefoodquality and service by steven and his staff has been amazing. the best thing i liked about the staff is they are caring and courteous. the best thing i liked is the portion size. we lived the concept of small portion which we feel is good coz we can order different items and taste more items and also the quantity is just perfect

no problem with the hotel side because the delivery was delayed for a long time thefoodwas not at all hot and because of that taste was worst

all this hotel has is presentation gimmick,which can work for insta photos only.fooddoesn't deserve the price or our stomach. hated it from the start till end.never try mango on the rocks. given under beverage but made to eat like some cereal. pani puri worst of the lot. charging 275 a plate and giving below below subpar taste. few mtrs from this hotel we can have panipuri from shop near rangoli which deserves our taste buds. out n out disappointment. regretted deeply.

only positive suggestions for chocolate paan was really unique and 😋 while biting liquid paan lava flashing into your mouth was really awesome... amritsari kulcha was tooo soft and goes well with amritsari vaadi aloo masala... other than that chole was tasteless i don't how they made such... chole masala i never had like this ever 0.5 out of 10 please look into that... palak cheesy roll okayish only... dal makhani another horrible dish i was highly disappointed because of skicky tasteless gravy... paneer tikka briyani actually typo error it's puliogare... galouti kebab no comments simply... i'm requesting hotel management to look into theirfoodand take corrective actions...

went in for the uniquefoodexperience and this place delivered up and above.
must try are vada pao, pani puri, volcano for dessert. these dishes are uniquely presented especially vada pao which was very nice. butter naan here is very different from all the other places and goes really well with their side dishes.
props to prakash who was lively throughout the service, order taking and very neatly explained the dishes and served it.
also don't miss out on the chocolate with paan jelly at then end.
