delicious food with the most beautiful presentation! there is also very good live entertainment on a friday evening. i would definitely recommend this restaurant.

food and service are very good. the price is a little over the top and would have preferred more food in my plate. however pleasant experience non the less

what’s their signature dish, you may ask? there’s a quite a few. eat to your heart’s content. be willing to wait, be willing to pay, but worth it. live music, lively stuff, great decor and ambience. fine dining at its best.

i opted for one of the tenderest cuts of ostrich i’ve ever had as my main. it is served with rusted veggies that have a sweetness which is a great pair to the meat. starters were fish cakes and i finished off with the bar-one panna cotta.

amazing everything! the salmon, the berries dessert, heavenly.thanks, mkay for the great service! i'll surely be back for more...and the live music, of course.

so i write this review at my birthday celebration while sitting at my table waiting for my "small queen prawns and fries" according to my waitress.
such a high end restaurant is a definite no no if the staff don't know properly what's on the menu and how to speak properly, for example i asked for a price of prawns. all the 2 waitresses knew is that it was 7in a portion small size and the price was r200 and something!!!! they don't even tell you how your food will be prepared nothing!!
and they couldn't tell me about the halloumi platter or how it's served, they said look at the pic in the menu. 2waitresses at my table i'm speaking to one and asked what type of chips are served and the other buts in! how damn unprofessional for such an extravagantly priced restaurant!!!

what an absolutely wonderful experience! we truly loved the evening we had at signature in brooklyn and were treated superbly as the service is really fantastic. the ambiance of this restaurant definitely sets the tone for a wonderful evening. with a jazz vibe to it and the artist who was playing. for starters we decided to go for the beef carpaccio and the tempura prawns - equally great, however i have had better beef carpaccio else where. mains, we decided to go with the ostrich fillet and the paradise fillet. the paradise fillet was delicious as it had prawns and mushrooms accompanying it. for dessert we tried the lindt chocolate fondant and oh my! definitely the best chocolate fondant i have ever had! almost forgot to mention the presentation by this restaurant with regards to their meals - absolutely stunning presentation each and every single time. you find yourself starring at your plate for a while before diving in. quite an expensive restaurant but definitely a treat!

nie było zaskoczenia smakowego aczkolwiek piękne wnętrze - szczególnie patio robi duże wrażenie. i znowu, daje 4 w porównaniu do innych pretendujących do bycia ekskluzywną restauracją. tutaj ekskluzywny jest wystrój, niektóre dania i ceny. nie ma niestety zaskoczenia.

obsługa bardzo miła choć pan kelner bardzo zmienił emocje po naszej informacji zwrotnej, że "zupa" rybna mi nie smakowała... ale od początku.

poszliśmy z przyjaciółmi. bardzo ciepłe powitanie, miła rozmowa, dobra atmosfera.

zamówiliśmy zupę rybną i raki na początek. pani, której składaliśmy zamówienie wyjaśniała wszystko oprócz tego, że zupa rybna jest kremem rybnym z kilkoma ćwiarteczkami ziemniaków, paroma warzywami i kilkoma małymi kawałkami ryby.
to była najsłabsza cześć wieczora. nie jadłem tak słabej "zupy" rybnej a jadam często. mało warzyw, tylko szczątki jednego rodzaju ryby, ziemniaczki smakowały jakby były obrane wczoraj... i ten krem!!!

kelner powinien nauczyć się przyjmować informacje zwrotne. jeśli już pyta czy smakowało to niech będzie przygotowany na grzeczną przecież odpowiedź "niestety nie"

raki z mango bardzo w porządku. smakowały nam.

na drugie dorsz atlantycki gotowany. miękki, lekki bardzo dobry. smakował nam.

było bez szału. ładne miejsce, poczciwe jedzenie oprócz zupy jednak mało zaskakuje smakami. zachęcam kelnera do większej otwartości. daję 4 ponieważ atmosfera po podaniu kremu się pogorszyła a jedzenia jak na te ceny dość banalne i zwyczajne choć cena wysoka przecież.

restauracja signature mieści się w samym centrum warszawy na ulicy poznańskiej. jest miejscem, które zdobyło wiele licznych nagród, a także znalazło się w przewodniku michelin. przyznam, że na pierwszy rzut oka jest restauracją bardzo wymagającą i jakby niedostępną dla zwykłego „kowalskiego”, jednak po zajęciu miejsca przy stoliku i wizycie kelnera, wrażenie niedostępności mija, bowiem obsługa rozładowuje nieco napiętą atmosferę.

my parents booked lunch here for my birthday, they are quite found of the joburg branch and where keen to try the pretoria one and it's also basically a half way mark for all of us so it was an no brainer.

what a lovely place, overall the space is a bit dead on a sunday but i hold that account to the fact that it's primarily and office space. but the calm vibes where what i needed, topped off by some lovely love performance i felt personally serenaded.

my meal was absolutely spectacular, each dish was so beautifully prepared. for starters i had an oyster rockafella, oyster, spinach and bacon topped with a hollandaise and baked, i must say it takes a high level of skill to get the sauce to turn that perfectly light and fluffy instead of curdling. my main was quail, such a beautifully prepared bird, accompanied with some scotch eggs and veg and the most delectable sauce, the quail cut beautifully. topped things off with a gingerbread panna cotta and yes it had the wobble. the presentation of each dish was so gorgeous and the service so excellent

restauracja z klasą, w której można poczuć się jak ci szczesliwcy z masterchefa albo michelin ;). obsługa uprzejma, szybka i profesjonalna. wystrój lokalu elegancki, dobry na randkę czy spotkanie biznesowe. jedzenie, które wyprobowalismy było na nierownych poziomach. sprawdzone opcje:
1. rewelacyjna zupa ogórkowa, idealnie kwaśna z dużymi czastkami warzyw.
2. ravioli z czosnkiem niedzwiedzim, gorsze jako przystawka niż zupa, ale bardzo ciekawe w smaku.
3. sandacz, risotto z zielonym groszkiem, rillettes z kraba, marynowany ogórek - świetna ryba, jednak risotto mdłe. nie mogę ocenić rillettes, ponieważ ma bardzo mocno rybny smak, za którym ja nie szaleje, ale może inni śnią o nim po nocach.
4.kurczak kukurydziany, orzechy, szpinak, kopytka, wywar z kurczaka i pancetty, gotowane rzodkiewki - kurczak trochę za bardzo wysuszony, jednak chrupiąca skórka i nadzienie pomiędzy nią a mięsem rewelacja. bardzo dobre kopytka i pozostałe dodatki.
5. sernik - pyszny, kremowy i delikatny. idealna kompozycja z truskawkami i borówkami.
6. mus czekoladowy z wiśniami i czekoladowym płatkiem - om nom nom. każdy miłośnik czekolady powinien tego spróbować.

nice restaurant👍, good food especially on christmas holidays. the waiters are helpful and make sure they attend to your requests. so be sure to make your way there.

they will not see me again...

i have eaten here twice before, a year or two back and it was brilliant...but clearly their standards have nosedived. the service from the waiter was good, but everything else was poor. my partner's scallops tasted funny and her chicken was dry. my risotto was overcooked to the point of mush - which the manager told me was a special way to prepare risotto...yeah right...

their menu is clearly too large to try and prepare some of their ambitious dishes and it shows in their inability to execute it or cook it to order. at over r800 with no alcohol, i'd rather go to kream, based on how quiet signature was and how busy kream was, it's clear other people think the same.

nice and very classy place for romance or celebrations according to me.
my first experience was super good.
my friend wanted to propose his lady, which he did and all the people around from other tables contributed with clapping the hands and congratulating.
bottom line, very good environnement and vibe with good food.

po prostu klasa. miła wnętrze (szczególnie patio). jedzenie świetne (choć martwi mnie, że w menu tylko jedno danie główne jest wegetariańskie - i jest to makaron). próbowaliśmy raków z mango i orzechami na przystawkę - świetne choć porcja nawet do podziału dość duża. potem jeleń i makaron z orzechami laskowymi i grzybami - świetnie skomponowane i wyważone dania. na deser słynna tarta pralinkowa - dobra choć nie wyjątkowa i mus karmelowy (znacznie ciekawszy). obsługa choć bardzo miła, nie bardzo doświadczona:)
