it is not that expensive.

words cant express how good this place is. the view of this place is breathtaking. the soft live music just puts the mood on. the food is good. this place serves the best tea i ever had.

this place is sure to steal your heart with its stunning view of gateway and diving into their soft live music. this restaurant is one of the finest and luxurious you will find in the city. we were there for a quite evening tea buffet which was a well spread and a gastronimical delight.

what a view 😍. in addition to the best view in india, you also get food food 😋. egg akuri (spicy scrambled egg dish made by parsi community). cold coffee and avocados on toast. am not a big breakfast eater, or else u can spend a couple of hours eating here.

one of the best places for a high tea.. great food.. great view.. extremely courteous staff combined with a huge spread.. it’s one of my go to places if i want to enjoy a relaxing evening.. special mention for the green tea they serve.. it’s one of the best green tea i have ever had..

understaffed and really slow service. ambience and view is amazing. waiters were knowledgeable but they need more staff to help them as we were waiting for a long time for everything. hopefully management reads this and sorts this out.

zomato doesn’t allow me to make a reservation for this weekend. it directly shows 4th mar (monday) and when i call the lounge for a reservation it says booking can be done only through zomato or else we can walk in. also considering weekends are crowded i am not left with much choice than to trust my luck.
can either zomato or sea lounge team help ?

great food and ambience!
we tried the turkey provolone (5/5 on taste) and ghotala keema (3/5) with matcha tea (5/5). needless to say that the ambience was out of the world- especially the view of the gateway of india/arabian sea

called a week ahead of time for reservations. was informed first come first serve - just show up. no problem - i can show up and wait for a unique experience. showed up sunday shortly after 9am in morning. was informed that the longue was reserved for hotel guests and there was a separate restaurant on the first floor that could help me. no - i wanted the sea longue specifically. that’s why i called a week ahead of time - to avoid this exact problem. left and went to another nearby cafe who seated me immediately.

suggestion to management - fix communication about your reservation system. no platitudes about we are sorry sir for the inconvenience - not good enough. i was looking forward to this and will never have another opportunity in my lifetime because you can’t take reservations well ahead of time, can’t communicate when restaurant hours are available to the public and then turn guests away as a result. rating holds.

what what what an amazing experience this place is every single time . one of my favourite views in the city. this place has saved me from 3 am hunger bursts while working. have some amazing breakfast memories at this place. the food is stunning. hospitality and service is heart warming. all my stars to the sea lounge

been here for high tea buffet with friends . this place has beautiful ambience and staff is very friendly. desserts were amazing especially macroons, pastries and cake. the serve indian snacks as well and all were amazing.

a must visit place for the finest collection of tea and a delectable high tea buffet. beautiful ambience and an amazing view of the sea, it’s just the place for a memorable afternoon with friends or family . you could also revisit some interesting history at the iconic taj mahal hotel.

really nice place to have evening tea at the taj . the decor is adorable and so were the pastries. the tea was fine. the view of the gateway of india from here is just amazing and i really enjoyed it here.

according to me service time can be improved. i ordered ethiopian sidamo and jamaican blue mountain coffee along with cheese cake but coffee didn't felt like so refreshing for me and cheesecake was pretty good.

it was an evening in july. i can still remember the lovely smell of the cold coffee that i ordered. a girl was singing an english song over the piano. it was so soothing. it was a wonderful experience. only can be felt when you're there. feels like honoured. words are less to express the gratitude.
