very comfy place. we love the view! a must visit for dinner dates and coffee dates.

service staff wasn’t attentive to needs. had to remind to shift our coffee to table we were moved too due to which they turned cold. staff forgot order of victorian cake which came much later. not happy with service felt wasted money there.

the ambiance is so classic gives the vintage feels! the music is soothing! take your parents along they will it!

all the bakery items are super fresh and desserts have so many varieties! must try the parsi tea!

the place is elite with a pleasant ambience, light music and cozy lighting. mushroom veg pasta, barbequed chicken and refreshing zing factor mocktail were quite appreciable and served well. staff is courteous and service is good.

have been there a couple of times for the high tea. ambience, food quality, live music and everything about this place is amazing. the view from this place if you manage to get a window table is unparalleled to any other view you get in a restaurant in mumbai.

i would love to visit this place again and again. 🙂

beautiful view of gateway. elegant decor. with live melodious music. humble staff. little pricey but it's worth a visit. do visit if you love tea or coffee as they have wide variety to choose from.

i had been there a long time back, its a beautiful place with a sea view, very calm and peaceful, i had ordered a morrocan tea which came with different assorted desserts like cakes, rusks, macaroons, i was accompanied by my sister, it was late afternoon we went for buffet, though we thought the food was bland, it was more suited to the tastebuds of international tourists. but with beautiful seating arrangement and piano playing in the background, you will fall in love with this place. a must visit place

what a fantastic place for high tea with a view!! freshly made sandwiches, deep fried bits of goodness, farsaan, chat, cakes, chocolates and scones. all topped with free flowing cups of tea and coffee.

for me when i go to a place for dining , it more about comfort than the food , of course the food matters ( that’s why i am here , right ? ) but then when you have to call the waiter for more than thrice and then you are not served water for more than half your meal is done ... “am i in taj” of course every one slips

good but very very quiet place , so ppl lik who enjoys bit of chit chat n giggs n laughs wont lik dis place much... its sea facing but the window panes are so smal dat its existence irritates.. so as per me its a okish place to visit or just a iconic place but not fr truly enjoyment

a serene and beautiful dining place with light music being played in the back ground.

the ambience inside and outside view from the window is mesmerising.

the food is delicious and a glass of wine on a fine evening is all that you can ask for.

the view from sea lounge is absolutely mesmerizing. a super classy and elegant place with great food and so so many varieties of tea.
can't wait to visit again.

stopped by for a quick coffee after lunch at masalakraft. 

tried the jamaican blue mountain coffee which was fantastic. 

my colleagues tried the masala chai – which they loved. 

this place is beautiful and classy, loved it.

visited the place for a friend’s birthday party at sunday brunch. it has beautiful view of the sea and the gateway of india, but from a limited no. of tables. if you want to have the view throughout the meal, would recommend making the reservation.

the brunch has relatively lesser food items but whatever is served is extremely delicious. they even serve freshly baked breads if asked for. brunch package includes unlimited liquor which ensured the time just flew by with friends around.

the staff is cordial and efficient, living upto the name of taj hospitality. however, with steep pricing, it can be reserved for a special occasion.
