great addition to ramsay. great food and great service. my faves are the reuben, the blt and the breakfast sandwich. it's a little pricey for diner food but overall high quality and yummy.

reds is always busy and has a lineup. we were able to use the nowait app and get a good idea of how long our wait is and this helped us out a lot as we were with my in laws who would have hated waiting out in the rain.
the service was great. i really like that this location has parking out front (if you can get a spot) and it feels larger than the beltline location. food is always great and generous portions. the coffee here is unlimited and really good.
i got the original because i'm boring, but you can't go wrong with eggs, sausage, hash browns and toast. my husband got the florentine and though it didn't look to be much when the dish arrived, he said it was actually very filling. the inside is ham, cheese and spinach, so it's quite a rich and heavy dish. i did try my mother in laws chorizo hash and it was very flavorful. my father in law is very picky with his food and even he ate all the eggs benny.

solid. met an old buddy and his granddaughter, who'd escaped the fires in northern alberta, here. reds is a busy place at lunch but they found us a good table and took our order. the food arrived a little slower than our four year old companion would have liked but that was to be expected. she ate as much of her mac and cheese as she could. :-) i enjoyed my grilled cheese plate, which included a mountain of crispy shoestring fries, a pickle and some tomato slices. my friend got the house burger with salad and really enjoyed it. we weren't rushed at all, allowing us lots of time to catch up. thanks to everyone at reds!

neat little place in ramsay. it's great that ramsay has a restaurant added to the area. hoping they get more, it's a neat area. i went to this place twice- once for breakfast on a weekday (wasn't as busy). second, for brunch on a weekend (which was busy). too bad they didn't have a second floor during those busy weekends :)
liked the breakfast menu as i found it was extensive and gave bit of variety.
during the second visit, for brunch i tried the vietnamese tofu wrap- was disappointed. i found the wrap very bland & had it with the salad. the meal did not fill me up in terms of hunger. other than that, the breakfast seemed pretty good during the first visit. servers there were pretty friendly.

great local diner with a large menu.portions are huge. omelette was good, but hash browns were oddly sweet. get here early to avoid a wait! (4/5)

love this place! service has been great the times i’ve gone and easy parking. if you go during peak times i recommend be app “nowait”. their breakfast menu is great, the quesadilla was awesome and the hash browns are super good, lots of flavour although i wish i requested sour cream. not sure what seasonings they use but best hash browns i’ve had. the chicken club sandwich is delicious and filling, chicken was juicy and full of flavour, not shaved or bland like lots of places i’ve been to. orders received in timely manners both during peak times and slow times, so that’s awesome too!

i have been coming to the original reds for a few years, i thought i would try the ramsey location, reds has always had an casual and homey type feel to it, always very comfortable, the service has always been half decent and the servers are usually friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, i didn't find the food exceptional, it was good and consistent to what i have become used to with reds, and as chance would have it i ended up and the new reds  on 10th street the next day.

if you’re looking for a brunch spot on the weekend, check out red’s in ramsay! the restaurant can be really busy over the weekends, but there are adequate seating for all sizes of groups. it feels rather rustic and cozy inside, with a lot of decor that you would find in a cottage. my vegan burger was really delicious, albeit a bit messy to eat. it was flavourful and juicy, and i like that they toasted the bun. my friends enjoyed their eggs bennies and sandwich.

only been here once, but i really enjoyed everything. i snagged a table for two even though i was by myself (loner alert!) and it was comfy and great for people watching. the service was great and the classic eggs benny was up there with the best in the city. the hashbrowns were flavorful and well seasoned. i stayed for almost an hour and a half and no one rushed me to pay and leave. highly recommend this place! *update - been here multiple times now and with the service, food quality and taste i have to now say this (and diner deluxe) is my favorite breakfast place!

we tried this place on a lazy sunday. ordered old fashioned pancake, waffle, burger and mediterranean wrap with hash browns.

everything seems average with slightly upscale prices. servers are friendly but on slightly clumsier side (three spills in 40-45 minutes).

burger was decent, fries were not fresh and seemed refried. pancake was nothing to rave about. mediterranean wrap is average too - nothing stood.

will definitely choose oeb over this if we have to go for a breakfast/brunch.

came here for breakfast this morning. was a wait but we didn't mind. got in and sat at the counter. seats were not comfortable and did not move.

serve was less than interested. got us coffee and tea, took our orders and then gave us the bill. didn't ask how the food was or if we needed anything.

was also incredibly loud between patrons, wait staff, kitchen crew and the slamming of clean utensils back into their holders. my boyfriend and i were practically shouting at each other to hear.

food took longer than it should have to come out considering the amount of staff in the kitchen. boyfriends benedict was cold - great. mine was alright, nothing spectacular though. don't think i'll be wanting to come back.

great vibe and service. burger a little dry and the wife said she wouldn't order the cobb salad again. $1 extra charge for house mustard for the burger. beer from last best was terrific. we'll try it again and have breakfast items. they looked good coming out. beer goes with eggs benny, right ?

ordered the artichoke and prosciutto benny with salad instead of potatoes. the hollandaise sauce and salad dressing were delicious, i believe it was a pesto or basil hollandaise and strawberry vinaigrette for the salad? only complaint is my eggs were way over poached. asked for them to be medium (whites should be cooked and yolk runny) but came out hard so no runny egg :( and that's the best part!

cute diner with typical diner fare. i tried the reuben ($16.50 - a little pricey) which came on nicely grilled marble rye with tons of meat and grainy mustard. it was very filling and good, but nothing spectacular. however the fries that came with it were pretty delicious: very crispy and flavourful! other people at my table had the eggs benny (16.50) and enjoyed them. would return if i was in the area.
