red's in ramsay

great addition to ramsay.greatfood andgreatservice. my faves are the reuben, the blt and the breakfast sandwich. it's a little pricey for diner food but overall high quality and yummy.

reds is always busy and has a lineup. we were able to use the nowait app and get a good idea of how long our wait is and this helped us out a lot as we were with my in laws who would have hated waiting out in the rain.
the service was great. i really like that this location has parking out front (if you can get a spot) and it feels larger than the beltline location. food is alwaysgreatand generous portions. the coffee here is unlimited and really good.
i got the original because i'm boring, but you can't go wrong with eggs, sausage, hash browns and toast. my husband got the florentine and though it didn't look to be much when the dish arrived, he said it was actually very filling. the inside is ham, cheese and spinach, so it's quite a rich and heavy dish. i did try my mother in laws chorizo hash and it was very flavorful. my father in law is very picky with his food and even he ate all the eggs benny.

neat little place in ramsay. it'sgreatthat ramsay has a restaurant added to the area. hoping they get more, it's a neat area. i went to this place twice- once for breakfast on a weekday (wasn't as busy). second, for brunch on a weekend (which was busy). too bad they didn't have a second floor during those busy weekends :)
liked the breakfast menu as i found it was extensive and gave bit of variety.
during the second visit, for brunch i tried the vietnamese tofu wrap- was disappointed. i found the wrap very bland & had it with the salad. the meal did not fill me up in terms of hunger. other than that, the breakfast seemed pretty good during the first visit. servers there were pretty friendly.

love this place! service has beengreatthe times i’ve gone and easy parking. if you go during peak times i recommend be app “nowait”. their breakfast menu is great, the quesadilla was awesome and the hash browns are super good, lots of flavour although i wish i requested sour cream. not sure what seasonings they use but best hash browns i’ve had. the chicken club sandwich is delicious and filling, chicken was juicy and full of flavour, not shaved or bland like lots of places i’ve been to. orders received in timely manners both during peak times and slow times, so that’s awesome too!

only been here once, but i really enjoyed everything. i snagged a table for two even though i was by myself (loner alert!) and it was comfy andgreatfor people watching. the service wasgreatand the classic eggs benny was up there with the best in the city. the hashbrowns were flavorful and well seasoned. i stayed for almost an hour and a half and no one rushed me to pay and leave. highly recommend this place! *update - been here multiple times now and with the service, food quality and taste i have to now say this (and diner deluxe) is my favorite breakfast place!

came here with friends a couple months ago, and it did not disappoint! delicious food andgreatservice. just make sure you make a reservation because it's a popular place for breakfast.

get there before 9:30am or good luck getting a table in the morning because this place is constently packed and for good reason the food isgreatits really fresh and they have unique spins on bfast classics like the montreal smoked meat hash or the pesto bennies, portion sizes aregreatand the service is awesome! location is very cool as well, lots of light and a comfy feel! a tad on the priceier side but you defs get what you pay for!

amazing breakfast spot.greatfood choices and they tasted great. had the chorizo hash and it hit the spot after a big night out! the service was a little slow but the food was worth it so couldn't complain.

friendly atmosphere and spacious layout. we've been to a lot of diners in calgary and this one is one of our favourites. every server we've had has been friendly and accommodating. the diner itself is larger than most, so it doesn't feel like we're crammed in with other patrons. the serving sizes of breakfasts are substantial and being celiac, i appreciate that they ask if my gluten free toast order is for "an allergy" - haven't had any reactions so assuming they are taking my gluten free request seriously.greatcoffee too.

hashbrowns are terrible. we've tried red's in ramsay twice now. the service isgreatwith friendly staff. we have a family of 5 and have sampled a few of their dishes.greatatmosphere as well. we ordered the eggs benedict and omelets. they were great. however, not one of us liked the hashbrowns, they were completely mushy and had absolutely no flavor at all. i noticed all of the tables around us were also not eating them. if you substitute fruit for hashbrowns, which we tried on our second visit, they charge you an additional $5. i had the reuben with fries and gravy the second time i went and it was also really good. i just can't get past how bad the hashbrowns are and the up-charge for fruit.

good food.greatfood and a tasty menu. my only complaint is the waiting area is very small, which isn't good for those winter days, brrrr!

family gathering .... our family of eight had the opportunity to enjoy an evening at red's ... the kid's loved the fact that they could have breakfast, during supper ...greatfood, cool atmosphere ... good service. would recommend to all family's.
