red's is a true gem! i have now been to both locations ofred'sand they are both equally excellent. my brother and i came to reds in ramsay on a sunday morning at about 9:30 and we are glad we showed up when we did. by the time we left at 10:45 there was a major lineup. the lineup is well deserved as i had the best eggs benny i have had to date. a spin on a classic benny with prosciutto, artichoke and a balsamic glaze. my brother ordered the pierogi breakfast and he very much enjoyed every bite. the menu seems to be very similar if not the same as reds on 4th. the service was excellent and very efficient even with a full and busy restaurant. well done reds! i will be back.

awesome saturday morning breakfast vibes.red'shas a warm and cozy ambience that makes you savour each every bite just that much more. shrouded by the looks, is an expensive menu that definitely feels over priced. the salmon benny was delicious but for the price felt like i needed something a little more.
try this place out for yourself but def not anything special that sets itself from the rest.

in the business. breakfast atred'sin ramsay this morning, best coffee in town!!! good thing as we had 4 cups each to fill in the time before our food was served. sitting at the counter, in a very clean open restaurant was interesting to say the least, as we watched the service slip slide down hill. the place was busy and there was a line up outside, but there was reason for this and it wasn't poularity. it was the incredibly slow service from the front of the house. with a full view of the kitchen we watched the kitchen staff work incredibly fast and with no slacking. it was when they placed the plates of food on the pass through under the heat lamps, the food sat. we watched the servers walk past the food, in all honestly 10 times before lifting it. we watched the owner walk past the food four times before looking around lost then finally picking it up. we only believe he did this as he was being watched. we were just about to leave without eating when our breakfast finally was served. too bad we couldn't finish as we were so full of coffee. we will not return to this restaurant as breakfast and coffee at $20 per person is too expensive for heat lamp warmed food. train your servers. they are nice friendly people with no serving skills. hire a floor manager.

excellent service. our family visitedred'stoday. we were a large group of fourteen with 5 children. our server was phenomenal. she took everything we requested in stride, extra spoons, more ice for the kids, a bowl of whipped cream and our mess. we have been to many restaurant and it is not often that we get a server who is so wonderful and who serves us with grace and kindness.
the food was delicious, served in a timely manner and well portioned.

breakfast birthday. hi!
i've been tored'sseveral times before and i decided to have a birthday breakfast party there. althoughred'sdoesn't take reservations, the staff helped me out and had the tables put together (i had 16 people party) before the time the guests were coming. i am so grateful to the staff of thered'sin ramsay! it was amazing and i was very blessed! thank you for going an extra mile and making my day special!

mediocre.red'shas the type of brunch one can find anywhere. unfortunately when i went last weekend the hollandaise they doused my eggs benny in was made with butter that had clearly gone bad. i am surprised that a place would decide to not only make, but serve, something that has turned. it's hard to tell if the butter has gone bad from looking at it - one has to taste/smell it.
there is only one way to describe the price points at red's. think of what you would want to pay for something and add 3-4 bucks to it. there's your price!
overall, food was mediocre and there is truly no ambience or charm of any sort. a pass in my books.

great service. stopped by on a whim, looked like a neat place. it is, neat, nice and clean, trendy. pretty pricy though. $11 for your average 2 egg, bacon, hashbrowns & toast. after looking around and seeing breakfast on other tables, we opted to share thered'sbig breakfast for $15. it is big. eggs over easy - were over cooked. hashbrowns - over cooked and cold quickly, maybe made earlier and reheated? bacon - chewy, sausage - ok. pancake - pretty good and large - although they wanted to charge a couple bucks for more syrup (really???). the service was excellent, but for $21.00 (not including gst or tip yet) for a shared breakfast and 2 coffee, won't be back. you can get all of this at the black diamond bakery for $4.95.

hashbrowns are terrible. we've triedred'sin ramsay twice now. the service is great with friendly staff. we have a family of 5 and have sampled a few of their dishes. great atmosphere as well. we ordered the eggs benedict and omelets. they were great. however, not one of us liked the hashbrowns, they were completely mushy and had absolutely no flavor at all. i noticed all of the tables around us were also not eating them. if you substitute fruit for hashbrowns, which we tried on our second visit, they charge you an additional $5. i had the reuben with fries and gravy the second time i went and it was also really good. i just can't get past how bad the hashbrowns are and the up-charge for fruit.

family gathering .... our family of eight had the opportunity to enjoy an evening atred's... the kid's loved the fact that they could have breakfast, during supper ... great food, cool atmosphere ... good service. would recommend to all family's.

delightfully delicious. went tored'sdiner on a whim after craving some breakfast for dinner on a cold winter evening.
we were greeted by friendly servers and were welcomed to choose our own seat. our server was a pleasant man who was quite humorous and prompt. my boyfriend ordered a chocolate milkshake which he enjoyed (although he regretted having it cause it filled him up so much he couldn't finish his meal...) and i partook in a mimosa that hit the spot.
i ordered the traditional eggs benny and my boyfriend ordered the big breakfast. the portion sizes were quite large and everything on the plate was excellent! thered'spotatoes were very tasty and i took a particular interest in my bf's blueberry pancakes which accompanied his meal. the prices are very reasonable for the portion size and the area.
we left completely satisfied with the entire experience. kudos!
