we picked the miso and paitan salt pork broths, they both had a very deep and authentic flavour, not too salty either. the ramen is hand made and cooked till it was firm which is my preference. the portion size is quite big, especially as they were only ~$13. the egg was cooked very well with the centre gooey. the pork belly was tender, but the chashu was quite bland and tough. keen to go back and try their other selections
