it was pretty quiet when we walked in. my friend ordered the top no.1 dish of the restaurant hokkaido miso ramen ($15), the presentation looked very good, a lot bigger than mine, which is what they called the top no.2 paitan ramen ($12), and more veges inside. however, we didn't know why, when we tried the mince meat ball in the hokkaido miso ramen, it was cold, not even warm. and my friend thought the ingredients they use was not very fresh, especially the noodles, i could tell it as well, could taste a sense of stale. the interesting thing was, for the hokkaido miso ramen, they provided the sesame grinder for you to diy your sesame powder.
