fantastic. this is a fantastic restaurant. great food and a great atmosphere.
the tables are comfortably placed so as to provide some privacy in this small space. decor is western casual. kind of reminds me of a friendly prairie cookhouse. fireplaces too - great.
food is excellent. if you're a steak lover, you're sure to love open range.
for an appetizer, start out whit the "three bean and sorrel dip with grilled chili flatbread" - absolutely scrumptious - or - alternatively the "corn and roasted jalapeno fritters with tomatillo and buckwheat honey dip" - excellent.
i'm a huge fan of the "blackened new york strip with rocky mountain chimichurri sauce", it is phenomenal.
after an appetizer and main dish if you've saved room for dessert, the pecan pie is the "best".
