an adorable, tiny bakery tucked in a quiet, hidden, narrow laneway. the perfect slices of ny cheesecake looked ever so tempting in the display cabinet, but i was advised that it should be eaten within 2 hours out of the fridge, so i ended up getting a milkchocolatemacadamia brownie instead. it was extremely fudgy and gooey, with intensechocolateflavour. there were chunks of milkchocolatethroughout the brownie, and there were also heaps of large macadamia pieces, providing a great crunch to every bite. an excellent rendition of a brownie!

toffee vanilla choux pastry, paris brest (hazelnut cream) and pearidiso (?). the choux pastry and paris brest were both absolutely delightful. perfect sweetness level, beautiful to look at and great textural components with cream, dough and toffee caramel flavours. i personally didn’t like the yellow one as much with itschocolatecoating and lemon cream filling as it lacked a wow factor for me.

love this little patisserie. the hit is of course their strawberry lychee cake but i also love thechocolatecloud cake, kalamansi & rhubarb pie. i have heard a lot about their ny cheesecake so tried it on my latest visit. it was the lightest and fluffiest ny cheesecake i have had with a very distinct lemon flavour and ginger crumbed base. it was enjoyable but not a traditional ny cheesecake. service is efficient & robotic.

this little patisserie tucked away underneath the ivy is our go to dessert and bakery.

the recommendations so far is the ny cheese cake, the strawberry muffin, and thechocolatecroissant.
we usually get there in the morning as they are baking and wait for the first batch to come up so it’s freshly out of the oven!

on the outside, the caramel is crunchy and sweet while the vanilla cream inside is fluffy and light. this creates a unique texture which i enjoyed very much. highly recommended!!!

well, what can i say..... i just love everything that has to do with salted caramel. this tart is very chocolaty but not too sweet as the sweetness is balanced out by the salty taste.

best mascarpone cake ever!!! to my surprise, this cake was not sweetening at all. every ingredient blended together so well that it created a happy marriage of flavours. the sweet strawberries, the light mascarpone cream, the refreshing coconut dacquoise layer and the crunchy brulee layer at the top.....so delicious!

perfect layers of orange scented choc mousse, hazelnut dacquoise, choc hazelnut crisp, vanilla mousse and cinnamon meringue. the thing i love about this cake is that it has so many layers of flavours and yet they blended together wonderfully in unison. i especially enjoyed the crunchy hazelnut crisp, it adds a delicate touch to the cake.

one of those places where you eat with your eyes. almost a secret the way it's hidden in plain sight but the lovely sweet treats in the display are so tempting. i stuck with achocolatecroissant. it was buttery and flakey but adequately moist. had the right balance of crunch and yield. not for chocoholics. there was just enoughchocolateto get a little bit in most bites.

the flourlesschocolatecake was really chocolately in a good way and was very soft and pleasant to eat. their eclair puff was also really good and creamy with a lot of flavour

the cheesecake is a legend! soft and gentle, with a dash of lemon flavor, tastes really good!
also had a 6 inchchocolatecake take away. pricey but definitely worth it.

this is a cute little shop is nestled in an alley way so it makes it more exciting when you walk through to the end and see the sign.

highly recommend trying the delicious goods there - it's a bit pricey but worth it.

the mascarpone cake with strawberries is amazing! the salted caramelchocolatetart is also delicious. i'm super keen to try the famous cheesecake - so many people say it's the best in sydney.

their pastries are amazing! beautifully presented. it is true that you eat with your eyes, when i saw them in the shop i wanted to try them all! luckily (or unlucky) for me, i went in the afternoon, and a lot of items were already sold out, and not many selections were left to choose from. i opted for thechocolateeclair and the blueberry & whitechocolatechoux bun. the choc eclair was hands down the best choc eclair i've ever had. it was layered with different textures and variation of chocolates, with a light choc creme filling, a dark choc coating of the top pastry, and the choc coated crunchy malt balls on top. the best thing was the caramelised whole hazelnuts hidden inside the creme filling. the choux bun was great too. with a distinct red coating on top, the white choc creme was not too sweet nor heavy, and the addition of the blueberry jam inside gave it great contrast and balance. i can't wait to go back and try the rest of their offerings!

i saw this place on the must try dessert collections. i am surprised i haven't been here as located in the areas i visit. a small patisserie located near the ivy, it had display cabinets full of beautiful looking pastries and cakes. you can even see the workers hard at work in the kitchen behind the cashier. they definitely taste as good as they look. priced on the highish side they are definitely worth the price! the cakes i bought were macadamia salted caramelchocolatetart, toffee vanilla choux puff, and an eclair (it wasn't on their normal menu but tasted like passionfruit). they taste amazing and can see why they get rave reviews.

i'm impressed with their mascarpone cake! crunchy and creamy but not overly sweet at all. i can eat this cake everyday:) i also hadchocolatecake and lemon cheese cake which were both okay. i was expecting ny style cheese cake to be more rich and dense but it was fluffy like air.chocolatecake was a bit too sweet for me, but i liked the bottom part has a different texture. i will come back here just for the mascarpone cake next time!

open plan kitchen where you can see the making of exquisite desserts. ordered salt caramelchocolatetart and choux puff. former was very sweet but couldn't really taste salt, half was enough. the cream puff on the other hand was very fluffy and light, i could have more than one.

the cheesecake andchocolatetart is heavenly - decadent and smooth.
reasonable price, convenient location near wynyard; and friendly staff.
