first impression, great impression!. walking in on a sunday am, with four people, i was a little uncertain when we found ourselves at the end of long, long line of other hungry people - cafeteria style. get in line, order, and then find aplaceto sit.

one thought was to leave, but the high 90% rating suggested to wait it out. another thought was the issue of seating after ordering your meal, but they had an ingenious way to handle this. all tables have a card that asks people to order first and then as you get closer to the cashier, you get a number that is also placed on the table before you even order. wow, that process really helped to alleviate the concern about "where to sit after i order my food." so, from a service side, very good.

the food was excellent. not one complaint - everything cooked to order. we had the denver scramble, the basic breakfast sandwich, and the american standard - to which i added cheese on the eggs and some bacon on the side along with the gravy. all in all, a great impression for the first visit.

a 4.5/5 rating means "will be back" for more!

home made goodness. i went to liberty market with my family when we saw the line was out door at joe's real bbq across the street.

we were seated in about 5 minutes. my burger was excellent. cobb salad and chicken pasta were very good as well. dinner was so good i came right back for breakfast the next day.

the coffee and atmosphere alone make it a greatplacefor breakfast. biscuits and gravy were fresh and done properly. eggs cooked over easy just as ordered.

good food, bit pricey for a "cafeteria". there are a lot of reviews on this restaurant, so i will make this one short. this is a goodplaceto grab a bite before you walk across the street to the hale theatre. the entrees that we had were good, maybe a bit higher than you would expect in a "cafeteria" type atmosphere. i would pass on the red velvet cake next time. the red velvet looked good in the cooler, but had no hint of chocolate and the cream cheese frosting was really bland.

funplaceto go. the lines can be a little long during the normal rush hours, but the food is great and it's worth the wait. i've had the pesto pizza, which was so amazing. the crust was perfect, it was thick and crunchy but not to greasy. the chicken sandwich was anything but a normal boring chicken sandwhich......it just tasted better. sitting outside is fun, and the last time i went there the wait staff (i wish i could remember names) was amazing. also, thier coffee is so very good. it's a "don't miss it" kind place.

yes. i read a few so so reviews and felt the need to write something contrary to them because thisplacehas absolutely blown my mind with the creativity of the menu and also the layout. the tastes you will experience here are unique, especially in gilbert.

i have eaten at many of the finest establishments in the phoenix metro area, and thisplaceis just as nice an experience as anywhere. i most recently had dinner at frank and alberts, and couldn't help thinking about how great it is to have aplacelike the liberty market down the street from me, which in my opinion offers just as much as these nicer places. that statement is not meant to take anything away from other places, just that liberty market is the real deal and for half the price.

one of our top picks for breakfast!. liberty market is one of our top 3 places for breakfast in the east valley. i order the chorizo breakfast quesadilla every time. my fiance usually orders the regular eggs/bacon/potatoes with a biscuit. she will sometimes get biscuits and gravy too, but both items are really good. she swears by the biscuits with honey. what i find funny is that theplacenext door has people waiting outside for 45 minutes to an hour and we usually have sat down, gotten coffee, eaten, and paid our bill before the crowd next door has even seen a menu. so, if you are one of the unfortunate ones waiting next door, slip in to liberty market and give a shot. it might convert you.

it's not bad, just ok. i've had one or two dishes here that qualify as being quite good (the chicken artichoke pasta was one), but most of the items here are just so-so. the prices are a bit higher than you would expect for this sort ofplacetoo. nothing terrible, but there are a lot of more interesting places to try.

the best in phoenix - side by side. looking for a greatplacefor breakfast? head over to gilbert and take your pick - farmhouse or liberty market - side-by-side. right across from the king of barbeque (joe), joe is a master of breakfast and lunch, too - and he creates 'breakfast central' right under the water tower in gilbert. you can't go wrong. for breakfast, farmhouse is a little more to my liking, but both are excellent.
