will never go again!!. have went tolibertymarket for years and have liked the food. today waited in line for over 30 minutes. got to front of line to order, wouldn't take our order because we did not yet have a table number. there were no tables available inside or out for a party of 2. they proceed to take the order of party behind us because the larger party already had a table number. when i asked if we could go ahead and get our ordered placed we were told no not without a table number. they again we're going to take another order from a group behind us in line, as we just left standing at the front of the line. we're looking for a new weekend breakfast spot.

love it.libertymarket feels like a real gem from the past with new and modern foods. really enjoyed the hummus side with my cranberry pecan chicken sandwich. staff was friendly and helpful, and i am looking forward to my next visit.

first, their service is impeccable. we were a huge party, 13 adults and a 7 month old. part of our party already ordered, so we got to order at the bar. they brought everything correctly. i had the special side of the day and i did not like it. it was a spicy tomato and cucumber salad with either serrano or green pepper, it was either straight up bland or really spicy but no taste. the tomatoes were also mushy, my absolute least favorite way to have them. i then asked for a new side and no questions asked they brought me the creamy potato salad, so much better.
i ordered thelibertyjoe. it was moist and yes messy, but not too messy. the sauce is absorbed by the meat, so it's still really juicy but it does fall out of the bun. it was flavorful, but it did state that it was spicy and spicy it was not. i then got a bite of the margarita pizza and the special mac and cheese burger. both really good. over all great food, the mac and cheese burger yum yum, and fantastic service!
ps. the chocolate death ray cake, super yummy. the cake is moist and the moose is lovely. i didn't try the ganache on the top, with gold leaf, but the side and bottom was not my favorite. would totally get it again!

my husband, matt, and i love trying new breakfast places. for the longest time, i really did not enjoy eating breakfast. i was never an egg fan to be quite honest. but, being married to someone who loves breakfast and is an avid egg eater, i have grown to love them and have quite the appreciation for breakfast. i have heardlibertymarket has an awesome breakfast menu, but have never had a chance to try it. we woke up early, decided that today was the day, and made our way over tolibertymarket.

always an outstanding meal atlibertymarket. i (and others i know) credit this restaurant with the amazing growth of popularity of downtown gilbert. on busy nights--now most of the week--expect a line. but know that the food is very worth the wait!

liberty market has an amazing wood fired pizza oven. it’s an renato oven that ranges from 600 degrees to nearly 1,000 degrees and never goes cold. they only use pecan (from arizona) wood in the oven because it burns very evenly.libertymarket makes its own pizza dough and you can catch the cooks tossing them as you wait in line to eat. they use san marzano tomatoes for their sauce and they don’t cook it a second time in the oven out of fear of losing it’s flavor.

home made goodness. i went tolibertymarket with my family when we saw the line was out door at joe's real bbq across the street.

we were seated in about 5 minutes. my burger was excellent. cobb salad and chicken pasta were very good as well. dinner was so good i came right back for breakfast the next day.

the coffee and atmosphere alone make it a great place for breakfast. biscuits and gravy were fresh and done properly. eggs cooked over easy just as ordered.

yes. i read a few so so reviews and felt the need to write something contrary to them because this place has absolutely blown my mind with the creativity of the menu and also the layout. the tastes you will experience here are unique, especially in gilbert.

i have eaten at many of the finest establishments in the phoenix metro area, and this place is just as nice an experience as anywhere. i most recently had dinner at frank and alberts, and couldn't help thinking about how great it is to have a place like thelibertymarket down the street from me, which in my opinion offers just as much as these nicer places. that statement is not meant to take anything away from other places, just thatlibertymarket is the real deal and for half the price.

one of our top picks for breakfast!.libertymarket is one of our top 3 places for breakfast in the east valley. i order the chorizo breakfast quesadilla every time. my fiance usually orders the regular eggs/bacon/potatoes with a biscuit. she will sometimes get biscuits and gravy too, but both items are really good. she swears by the biscuits with honey. what i find funny is that the place next door has people waiting outside for 45 minutes to an hour and we usually have sat down, gotten coffee, eaten, and paid our bill before the crowd next door has even seen a menu. so, if you are one of the unfortunate ones waiting next door, slip in tolibertymarket and give a shot. it might convert you.

liberty market is a real jewel in downtown gilbert. somehow the quality of the food is much higher than other establishments, the atmosphere is more hip, and the day always improves with a visit. the upscale cafe atmosphere, flanked by a true espresso bar, shows off the building's history. meanwhile, the patrons show off gilbert's present, that is, young families and couples escaping those families for an evening out. there's something magical in the food, too. something that makes it taste better. i don't know what it is, but gilbert's future looks bright as long as it has restaurants likelibertymarket.

breakfast at thelibertymarket was disappointing...the space itself is nice and the staff was very friendly, but the food was not hot, seasoned, or imaginative. we watched an endless stream of fat, happy people going in and put of the farmhouse next door, so will try that next time... will try thelibertymarket for lunch or dinner as the woodfired oven smelled wonderful...

the best in phoenix - side by side. looking for a great place for breakfast? head over to gilbert and take your pick - farmhouse orlibertymarket - side-by-side. right across from the king of barbeque (joe), joe is a master of breakfast and lunch, too - and he creates 'breakfast central' right under the water tower in gilbert. you can't go wrong. for breakfast, farmhouse is a little more to my liking, but both are excellent.
