will never go again!!. have went to liberty market for years and have liked the food. today waited in line for over 30 minutes. got to front of line to order, wouldn't take our order because we did not yet have a table number. there were no tables available inside or out for a party of 2. they proceed to take the order of party behind us because the larger party already had a table number. when i asked if we could go ahead and get our ordered placed we were told no not without a table number. they again we're going to take another order from a group behind us in line, as we just left standing at the front of the line. we're looking for a new weekend breakfast spot.

love it. liberty market feels like a real gem from the past with new and modern foods. really enjoyed the hummus side with my cranberry pecan chicken sandwich. staff was friendly and helpful, and i am looking forward to my next visit.

came here for lunch. great mocha lattes. we ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the tower burger. both delicious. plates here are large and come with big portions. other diners were getting these delicious pastries that we didn’t even know we could order! if we would have known we would of gotten some to go. overall great quality and service would love to come back and sit on the patio once it is cooler.

first, their service is impeccable. we were a huge party, 13 adults and a 7 month old. part of our party already ordered, so we got to order at the bar. they brought everything correctly. i had the special side of the day and i did not like it. it was a spicy tomato and cucumber salad with either serrano or green pepper, it was either straight up bland or really spicy but no taste. the tomatoes were also mushy, my absolute least favorite way to have them. i then asked for a new side and no questions asked they brought me the creamy potato salad, so much better.
i ordered the liberty joe. it was moist and yes messy, but not too messy. the sauce is absorbed by the meat, so it's still really juicy but it does fall out of the bun. it was flavorful, but it did state that it was spicy and spicy it was not. i then got a bite of the margarita pizza and the special mac and cheese burger. both really good. over all great food, the mac and cheese burger yum yum, and fantastic service!
ps. the chocolate death ray cake, super yummy. the cake is moist and the moose is lovely. i didn't try the ganache on the top, with gold leaf, but the side and bottom was not my favorite. would totally get it again!

great food, and environment... we came for dinner and had the apricot chicken and pasta bowl while splitting a caesar salad... the veggies were cooked to perfection and the chicken was quite moist... while thinking that was the highlight the spaghetti and meatballs were off the chain!!! classic caesar done well... we highly recommend coming here!! oh yes and the customer service was stellar!!

my husband, matt, and i love trying new breakfast places. for the longest time, i really did not enjoy eating breakfast. i was never an egg fan to be quite honest. but, being married to someone who loves breakfast and is an avid egg eater, i have grown to love them and have quite the appreciation for breakfast. i have heard liberty market has an awesome breakfast menu, but have never had a chance to try it. we woke up early, decided that today was the day, and made our way over to liberty market.

always an outstanding meal at liberty market. i (and others i know) credit this restaurant with the amazing growth of popularity of downtown gilbert. on busy nights--now most of the week--expect a line. but know that the food is very worth the wait!

something different and good. went there on a monday night with husband and another couple. this neighborhood in gilbert is what i would call "trendy". there are several different restaurants within a few blocks. most have outside seating. not a lot of over 60 folks but that's ok. food was very good but it is cafeteria style. wine and desserts were good too. prices are a bit high but you pay for the atmosphere along with tasty food. i would go back.

first impression, great impression!. walking in on a sunday am, with four people, i was a little uncertain when we found ourselves at the end of long, long line of other hungry people - cafeteria style. get in line, order, and then find a place to sit.

one thought was to leave, but the high 90% rating suggested to wait it out. another thought was the issue of seating after ordering your meal, but they had an ingenious way to handle this. all tables have a card that asks people to order first and then as you get closer to the cashier, you get a number that is also placed on the table before you even order. wow, that process really helped to alleviate the concern about "where to sit after i order my food." so, from a service side, very good.

the food was excellent. not one complaint - everything cooked to order. we had the denver scramble, the basic breakfast sandwich, and the american standard - to which i added cheese on the eggs and some bacon on the side along with the gravy. all in all, a great impression for the first visit.

a 4.5/5 rating means "will be back" for more!

liberty market has an amazing wood fired pizza oven. it’s an renato oven that ranges from 600 degrees to nearly 1,000 degrees and never goes cold. they only use pecan (from arizona) wood in the oven because it burns very evenly. liberty market makes its own pizza dough and you can catch the cooks tossing them as you wait in line to eat. they use san marzano tomatoes for their sauce and they don’t cook it a second time in the oven out of fear of losing it’s flavor.

had breakfast here, had the house-made granola buttermilk pancakes with real maple syrup - they were delicious! the restaurant is order at the counter, find a table & they bring your order to you.
