this i'd one of the gems of the valley.foodis always good and service friendly.

always an outstanding meal at liberty market. i (and others i know) credit this restaurant with the amazing growth of popularity of downtown gilbert. on busy nights--now most of the week--expect a line. but know that thefoodis very worth the wait!

something different and good. went there on a monday night with husband and another couple. this neighborhood in gilbert is what i would call "trendy". there are several different restaurants within a few blocks. most have outside seating. not a lot of over 60 folks but that's ok.foodwas very good but it is cafeteria style. wine and desserts were good too. prices are a bit high but you pay for the atmosphere along with tasty food. i would go back.

ok food. waited 25 minutes for marginal food. watched the pizza guy and salad guy. really didn't look that great and it wasn't. the service was ok. betterfoodto be found it gilbert.

first impression, great impression!. walking in on a sunday am, with four people, i was a little uncertain when we found ourselves at the end of long, long line of other hungry people - cafeteria style. get in line, order, and then find a place to sit.

one thought was to leave, but the high 90% rating suggested to wait it out. another thought was the issue of seating after ordering your meal, but they had an ingenious way to handle this. all tables have a card that asks people to order first and then as you get closer to the cashier, you get a number that is also placed on the table before you even order. wow, that process really helped to alleviate the concern about "where to sit after i order my food." so, from a service side, very good.

thefoodwas excellent. not one complaint - everything cooked to order. we had the denver scramble, the basic breakfast sandwich, and the american standard - to which i added cheese on the eggs and some bacon on the side along with the gravy. all in all, a great impression for the first visit.

a 4.5/5 rating means "will be back" for more!

so good!.foodwas fresh, and so good! 4 of us went, and we all loved our entrees! flat iron steak was awesome. grillled fish was cooked perfectly! the pasta also hot and fresh and seasoned perfectly. and the sides were soooo good too.

all of the staff were super friendly, and we cant wait to go back the next time we're in the area.

i have had good meals here in the past. it just seems to me, that as they have gained popularity, the quality and quantity offoodhas changed. the demi breakfast that i last ate there was such a small portion offoodthat i was in disbelief. the pancake that came with it literally looked like a burnt oatmeal cookie. a cookie served with a single scrambled egg and a slice of bacon. when i showed my wife she said "say something. send it back." my response was "i shouldn't have to say something."

perfection on a plate. there is nothing you won't like.foodis great, coffee is amazing, and the service is unmatched.

amazing lattes. thefoodis good and the lattes are even better. i love the almond latte with a blueberry scone oh em gee its amazing!

fun place to go. the lines can be a little long during the normal rush hours, but thefoodis great and it's worth the wait. i've had the pesto pizza, which was so amazing. the crust was perfect, it was thick and crunchy but not to greasy. the chicken sandwich was anything but a normal boring chicken sandwhich......it just tasted better. sitting outside is fun, and the last time i went there the wait staff (i wish i could remember names) was amazing. also, thier coffee is so very good. it's a "don't miss it" kind place.

i would go back. the atmosphere reminds me a cross between a gastropub and a high end cafeteria if there are any. i ordered the chicken sandwich and a slice of red velvet cake to go. the sandwich was good, nice sesame bun, moist chicken and creamy avocado. i didn't care for the cake, the cream cheese frosting was a little over powering the cake and the cake it self was dry, and thefoodwas expensive. my husband had a the flank steak with chimichurri sauce that was ok nothing to write home about and also had a beer. total for 2 people 40$

i think "superb" might be going a bit far, but it's a cool place. groovy atmosphere and pretty good food. i wish thefoodwere a bit better. i've eaten here twice and each time it was just 'ok'. be sure to check out the bathrooms.. very cool. :)

awesomefoodand great decor. love the breakfast quesadilla. super good with the extra spicy sauce.

memories. i just recently visited gilbert this past week and while we were there planning our wedding we sung into downtown to take engagement photos. the crew at liberty let us come in and even provided us props for pictures!! by the way thefoodwas great!!
