one of our top picks for breakfast!. liberty market is one of our top 3 places for breakfast in the east valley. i order the chorizo breakfast quesadilla every time. my fiance usually orders the regular eggs/bacon/potatoes with a biscuit. she will sometimes get biscuits and gravy too, but both items are really good. she swears by the biscuits with honey. what i find funny is that the place next door has people waiting outside for 45 minutes to an hour and we usually have sat down, gotten coffee, eaten, and paid our bill before the crowd next door has even seen a menu. so, if you are one of the unfortunate ones waiting next door, slip in to liberty market and give a shot. it might convert you.
