25.00 for cold scallops fries must have new management, was rude and we waited 30min for our food greatview poor management cold food

loved it!!. tonight was our first visit to lakeside tavern and we were impressed!! the food was exceptional, the service wasgreatand the setting is beautiful. we will definitely be returning.

mustard dill sauce. served with white cheddar
mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.

my favorite place for happy hour &greatfood. always consistently good. can't beat the view, either.

crcii. can be good, can be bad. trouble is, you never know as there is no consistency! i have had their sunday brunch twice and both times were good with a nice selection.

crcii. i have been here several times because i'm close and like the idea of it. sadly you never know what to expect! one time it is good and the next time it is horrible! there is absolutely no consistency at all here. it's a shame cause it's a beautiful place for a restaurant!

i went for the first time recently and it was delicious! the quick friendly service also added onto the experience as well.greatlocation and view also!

good food,greatservice, beautiful location, salads need some work

great view and interesting menu. to start i suggest that you ask to be seated as high up in the dinning room you can if possible to allow for a best view of the river and surroundings. although i did not one may eat outside and provide probably an even better view.
i like variety in the places i go to eat and they had that here. appetizers and dishes were not overwhelming in the options but certainty lareg enough to make you think about what you might have.

i had the app of asparagus and it was frankly too large for one person. deep fried and served with a fairly spicy sauce it was very tastey. for the entree i had the chicken , which was described as a house specialty. although good it was notgreatbut i think that i may have misread the description and was expecting more of a chicken breat filet rather than a bone in breast. in any event it was covered in an onion gravy over mashed poatoes. good regardless of my earlier thought.

pricing was very similiar to that of parkside tavern that i understand is in the same family.

another good option to return to with regard to food, price and the view

great view of lake, yummy food.greatapps, juicy steaks, fresh salads, delicious pasta. something for everyone. been here many times, never a bad meal, always speedy service. beautiful lake view! good with big groups or date night. love this place!

sad service & mediocre food butgreatview of the lake!. it is a very nice location and the restaurant itself is very nice overlooking the lake. i live close by so it is convenient and i have been there many times with my family. sadly, the food is painfully mediocre and the majority of the wait staff are teenagers who are more interested in standing around the wait-stations texting on their cellphones, rather than providing adequate service to patrons who would gladly leave good tips, if the service reflects accordingly. sad that obviously the manager can't hire quality wait staff. i'm sure his choices are limited. that's one sad indication of our society in west knoxville. sadly a lot of people have a bad impression of west knoxville as consisting of snobs and young people who aren't raised with any manners. sadly lakeside tavern is an example of this.

lakeside tavern. this place is freaking awesome!! by far one of my favorite in knoxville. easy access from boat or car..food is amazing, drinks are goo most of the time good, and cheap if you get them at the bar. summertime atmosphere isgreatwith the outdoor seating. this place is ran right..good customer service. 5 stars in my book..

two words: average and overpriced. the service is poor. the food is mediocre at best. in fact, the only good thing about this restaurant is the location. if you decide to go, you will get better service inside. the best part of this restaurant is the patio and it is completely neglected. final words... you can't mess up a beer so go for a drink and end it there. eat at connor's. it hasgreatservice and better food.

food is the major flaw. good service andgreatlocation and ambiance. ribs are some of the worst i've ever had(very very tough) and steak salad was a blue cheese overload. rest of the food is average at best.
