ate here a few nights ago. theplaceis in a bit of a rough neighborhood, in regina's so-called chinatown, and it doesn't look like much on the outside. dont let that stop you. the inside is quite a bit nicer, and it was decently busy for a weeknight.
service was friendly and attentive, but i'm a foodie - and it's for the food that you should go here. i had the soup combo with kimchi and pork soup. it came with two banchan (a sweet, saucy potato dish, and a salad of bean sprouts), as well as a small bowl of kimchi. the kimchi was made in-house, and was excellent. the soup was delicious, and all together it was just the right amount of food.
frankly, i left there with a thought about swearing off other regina restaurants all together, but better sense and my taste for variety prevailed. i am already planning my next trip back though.
