i liked it. after a few years, it seems that if i want korean food in either regina or saskatoon, i always end up in korea house.

the food:
our sea food pa jeon was a pancake with various seafood ingredients embedded within. it was crunchy on the outside while fluffy on the inside. it had some great flavors.
their staple, the hot stone pot bee bim bob, was once again very well done. even after unloading half a bottle of that 'red sauce' into the bowl, i still could not get it to be spicy enough.
as food goes, their special fried rice was also good.

the service isgoodand the food comes out quite quickly for lunch (roughly around 12 minutes). korea house has some unique dishes done to a high quality that one will not typically find elsewhere in saskatchewan. not the best in canada, but verygoodfor now.

really enjoyed our korean meals for lunch. everything was great except for the spicy seafood soup, it was lacking the seafood flavour which i only could taste through the seafood meat.goodportions of food and meat. side dishes were ok. waiter was very helpful.

reallygoodcustomer service and the food was delicious. have gone back multiple times and the service is continually exceptional. definitely recommend to anyone.

this korean restaurant on george st serves agoodvariety of korean essentials. bibimbap, bulgogi, kimchi pancake, spicy pork grill etc. not the most elegant and romantic place for a date but best perhaps for an easy weeknight dinner. the banchan (side dishes) is yummy but not the most exciting combination.

i had a fabulous meal (bulgogi) and the service was excellent. i thought i receivedgoodvalue too. my only regret: i wish they offered a larger size. i love bulgogi but two orders would have been too much and one serving left me wanting more. i highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.

best restaurant in regina. this is regina's hidden gem, and best kept secret. so many people are afraid to try korean food, when it really is just rice, meat and veggies for the most part. the hot stone bee bim bop is agoodplace to start if you don't know what to order. cover it in the sauce they bring out and enjoy! best dish in the city.

nice service, solid food. the restaurant, albeit not at the greatest part of the city, is pretty plain but looks clean and the staff are very pleasant. on one side of the restaurant, there are tables with gas grills on them for korean barbeque (marinated beef, marinated chicken, squid, and pork belly are the main meat choices that can be cooked on the table). the other side of the restaurant does not have the grills. the menu is fairly extensive and food is very solid. looking through the photos that are uploaded on this site gives a prettygoodsense of the menu. i have not had anything there that was disappointing but i also have not had anything that absolutely knocked my socks off. the prices are very reasonable. this is not a bad place to go in order to satisfy a craving for korean cuisine. the only other place in the city with some korean dishes of this caliber (that i am aware of) is orange izakaya (but orange izakaya is more of a fusion place and korea house has a far more extensive selection of specifically korean cuisine than does orange izakaya).

most authentic korean food in regina. i spent nearly four years in korea and can tell you that korea house has the best korean food around. i've never done the bbq there as i do feel it is overpriced but the other items on the menu are reasonably priced andgoodportions. my coworkers and friends always seem to be intimidated to try korea house as they don't know what to order. here are some suggestions: either the kimchi or seafood pajeon (pancake), mandu (dumpling), bibimbop (rice, egg, vegetable), either kimchi jigae (my favourite) or the korean beef stew, any or the bulgogi's. don't expect much in terms of atmosphere, but do expect excellent food!!

food was great! had the 알밥 and it was quite tasty. the stone bowl wasgoodand hot so the rice got lots of crunch. short on wait staff, but still helpful and not too much of a wait.

we went to korea house for the first time recently. we went for a second time about a month later. the food was great,goodvalue and a very helpful and friendly waiter. i have found if they get really busy the service can falter a bit, they don't ever seem to have many staff on. butgoodvalue and the menu is organised well with photos for those of you that are not familiar with korean food.

i was impressed with this place! food is excellent - maybe not the biggest selection you can see in a korean restaurant in for instance, vancouver or toronto, but it does the job. the owner and servers are very nice people and quite accommodating. i had seafood pancake which was crispy on outside and chewy inside. the bean paste soup is quitegoodtoo. i love the kimchi made there. the owner does it right!

this is one of the best places to eat in the student area.

the meals are cheap and very filling, and there is agoodrange of hot and not so hot so something to suit everyone.

as with most korean meals you get a bowl of rice and side nibbles with and main you order.
