don't judge a book by its cover!. to put it kindly, korea house is not exactly the most aesthetically pleasing at first glance, but if you can look past that, it will be well worth your while. thefoodis delicious, service is friendly and helpful to those not familiar with the menu, and prices are very reasonable. a few must-tries are the seafood pancake, beef bulgogi, and the hot pot bi bim bap. i will definitely be returning!

i liked it. after a few years, it seems that if i want koreanfoodin either regina or saskatoon, i always end up in korea house.

the food:
our seafoodpa jeon was a pancake with various seafood ingredients embedded within. it was crunchy on the outside while fluffy on the inside. it had some great flavors.
their staple, the hot stone pot bee bim bob, was once again very well done. even after unloading half a bottle of that 'red sauce' into the bowl, i still could not get it to be spicy enough.
asfoodgoes, their special fried rice was also good.

the service is good and thefoodcomes out quite quickly for lunch (roughly around 12 minutes). korea house has some unique dishes done to a high quality that one will not typically find elsewhere in saskatchewan. not the best in canada, but very good for now.

really enjoyed our korean meals for lunch. everything was great except for the spicy seafood soup, it was lacking the seafood flavour which i only could taste through the seafood meat. good portions offoodand meat. side dishes were ok. waiter was very helpful.

really good customer service and thefoodwas delicious. have gone back multiple times and the service is continually exceptional. definitely recommend to anyone.

this is a fantastic restaurant for authentic korean dishes. thefoodis exceptional and the service is fast and friendly. the only thing to knock off a point for is the dated decor and atmosphere; it is a stereotypically dingy looking (but clean) asian restaurant on an out of the way street. however thefoodis amazing and well worth the detour.

very good! went with a group of friends and sat at one of the tables that had a cook stove on top.  it was fun to cook our ownfoodand everything was tasty. location and decor were not great but i would definitely return to try other menu items.

ate here a few nights ago. the place is in a bit of a rough neighborhood, in regina's so-called chinatown, and it doesn't look like much on the outside. dont let that stop you. the inside is quite a bit nicer, and it was decently busy for a weeknight.

service was friendly and attentive, but i'm a foodie - and it's for thefoodthat you should go here. i had the soup combo with kimchi and pork soup. it came with two banchan (a sweet, saucy potato dish, and a salad of bean sprouts), as well as a small bowl of kimchi. the kimchi was made in-house, and was excellent. the soup was delicious, and all together it was just the right amount of food.

frankly, i left there with a thought about swearing off other regina restaurants all together, but better sense and my taste for variety prevailed. i am already planning my next trip back though.

my go to place for koreanfoodin the city. they have the option for you to have korean bbq and that is a hit for me. they also have great dishes on the menu. i recommend coming here and trying the kim chi combo and the bbq.

delicious! the ambiance isn't much to look forward to, but thefoodis amazing. perfectly seasoned meats and a delightful kimchi.we got the chicken and beef and la style ribs. the rice was cooked perfectly and the sides were great. i would definitely eat here for lunch and dinner everyday!

nice service, solid food. the restaurant, albeit not at the greatest part of the city, is pretty plain but looks clean and the staff are very pleasant. on one side of the restaurant, there are tables with gas grills on them for korean barbeque (marinated beef, marinated chicken, squid, and pork belly are the main meat choices that can be cooked on the table). the other side of the restaurant does not have the grills. the menu is fairly extensive andfoodis very solid. looking through the photos that are uploaded on this site gives a pretty good sense of the menu. i have not had anything there that was disappointing but i also have not had anything that absolutely knocked my socks off. the prices are very reasonable. this is not a bad place to go in order to satisfy a craving for korean cuisine. the only other place in the city with some korean dishes of this caliber (that i am aware of) is orange izakaya (but orange izakaya is more of a fusion place and korea house has a far more extensive selection of specifically korean cuisine than does orange izakaya).

it was my first time eating korean and the portions were massive! i went there for lunch and left feeling very satisfied. the prices were very reasonable for lunch and i will definitely go back.

most authentic koreanfoodin regina. i spent nearly four years in korea and can tell you that korea house has the best koreanfoodaround. i've never done the bbq there as i do feel it is overpriced but the other items on the menu are reasonably priced and good portions. my coworkers and friends always seem to be intimidated to try korea house as they don't know what to order. here are some suggestions: either the kimchi or seafood pajeon (pancake), mandu (dumpling), bibimbop (rice, egg, vegetable), either kimchi jigae (my favourite) or the korean beef stew, any or the bulgogi's. don't expect much in terms of atmosphere, but do expect excellent food!!

so unbelievably good!. we went to korea house after seeing the extremely high rating it received on urbanspoon. we both love korean food, and decided to give this place a try. as the other reviews say, it isn't anything fancy. it's a jeans and t-shirt kind of place with a definite café feel to it. personally, that is one of the things i love most about it. thefoodhas been amazing every time we have gone, and the server is extremely friendly. prices are more than reasonable for the portion size, and are extremely filling. i will try the korean sundae one day if i can bring myself to not finish my meal so i'll have room for it!

great food. location is horrible, decor is old. but thefoodis excellent. we ordered what some reviewers on here recommended, including bibimbop and beef buligi and was excellent. will definitely be back.
