one of the only chains i will dine in. i like their salads (grilled chicken with peanut sauce/lime vinaigrette) and daily soups. kid friendly, great to meet with friends in between shopping. does get a little too loud sometimes, and if there's a long wait, it's not totally worth it.

celebrate. so good and very rich food i would rec the cesar salad and any red meat with their horseradish and aju (sp?) rather fancy with casual dress

the spinach dip, hawaian ribeye, and ribs are top notch! i never wait more than 30 minutes b/c of the other choices in the area. they don't do reservations because they are always busy. cha ching; what a cash cow!

best veggie burger. houston's has the best veggie burger that i have ever had! their shoestring fries are a great addition.

grayhounds are the best around. watch out though, they added water instead of vodka. after sending the drink back three times, they realized they'd been using the "test" bottle of vodka which was the water.

so so restaurant. was there on a first date. they do not serve any domestic beer, no liqueurs for more exotic type drinks and no frozen margaritas...or any frozen drinks. it was a very frustrating evening. service was fairly good, food was ok. just terrible drink selections. will not be returning to this restaurant.

usually excellent food and near-perfect service. several sub-par dining experiences seem to show that this location has slipped in recent months. favorites include smoked salmon app, fresh fish sandwich, and off menu flying chicken.

yum. great place to take out of towners. delicious food always. nice bar too. whenever my boss wants to take me to lunch i always pick houston's.

houstons in addison. this is one of my favorite restaurants. the ambiance is pleasurable, the service is great, and the food is always wonderful. they are very consistent. i've never had a bad experience.

of course... what else?. my fam took me here for fathers day and of course those of you that know me, know this is a no-brainer.

cb and crew rock and i thank them for another a+ meal. this is where every restaurateur should train.

off the menu. not only are the steaks great there but their california burger is one of the best i have had. probably my favorite on their menu is not really on the menu at all but is available if you request it... its their ribs. so tender and succulent they fall right off the bone. makes my mouth water just thinking about it.

no burgers. great atmosphere, excellent service and the food is pretty decent. it's definitely not my favorite, but it's a good place to get some good steak. i made the mistake of ordering a cheeseburger the first time i went there...it was bad. the meat lacked flavor and i had to send it back several times because they couldn't get it right. but i decided to give the restaurant another try and this time i ordered steak and that was amazing. and i love their bread as well. it is a little on the pricey side but it is worth it.
