went to fork and stix last weekend based solely on reviews. it was nice weather so we sat outside at a cute little table under some nice shade trees and where promptly waited on. we started of sharing two appetizers, which were both yummy and generous in portions followed by two different curries once again very generous in portion. the food was delicious and the service wasgreatthe only thing that i would caution is beware of the spice, the curries were warm! but that being said we loved it!

okay, so as you can tell we love and know our thai food! very sweet servers and attentive. service was quick and well done but overall it was still a very average dining experience. my taste buds were not screaming for more. the price is lower than most but the serving size is agreatdeal smaller. nam tok was delicious but again much smaller portion size than others for the same price. spring rolls were pretty average as was the pad thai. the pad khee mow was not very impressive. it lacked flavor and any remnant of a glaze or sauce. they also used a thin noodle versus the typical wide noodle. both noodle dishes were about the size of a ramen packet. i'm fine with this serving size as adequate eats but the price should reflect the smaller portions. it does not. one time visit for us but thank you for the kind service. wish i had got some pictures but totally forgot on this one.

great thai food at incredible prices! byob, though... date posted: jul 28, 2013 category: thai address: 549 rosedale ave saint louis, mo 63112 this place has some of the best thai food in the area, and best of all it is very reasonably priced.  pictured below is the hung lay curry, which was incredibly tender and tasty.  a must order for meat eaters.  for vegetarians get the khao soi with tofu (pictured in the title image above). there is no liquor license but you can bring your own booze, or at least your own wine.  we saw several people bringing in bottles of wine with no problem. the iced-coffee was very good.  it wasn’t overly sweet like some places make it.  it had a nice bitter flavor. the tum yum soup was delightful as well.  the only detraction of the place (besides a lack of booze) was that it did not look terribly inviting.  from the exterior you would not think it had some of the best thai in the area. give it a try! pros :greatfood, greatprices cons : poor atmosphere.  byob. charlie’s favorites :  hung lay curry, tum yum soup christine’s favorites : khao soi with tofu, iced coffee, papaya salad share the love of good food... 1 0
