great food, great service (parker was our waiter). french dip sammie, southwest au gratin potatoes (a little spicy, but in agoodway) and pecan green beans - all very good. my husband had the smoked honey glazed pork chop and he can't stop talking about it! a little pricier than some but worth it! don't forget to ask for parker: )

luv the infused vodka!!!. great service andgooddrinks...favs are the tossed saleds, and there lunch specials!! great place for afternoon meetings.

nice!. our start wasn't perfect as we had a reservation and chose a table on the patio. waited quite some time for anyone to speak to us until we asked a manager for help. several servers walked past us many times without speaking. once we had a server, he was very nice and helpful. clam chowder was delicious and the blt salad wasgoodwith yummy, smokey bacon. cocktails seem a little slow to come out but the food moved quickly. fabulous, perfectly cooked ribeye with wonderful seasoning. i had the prime rib which sadly was over cooked and not quite warm. i like a perfect medium rare and oddly, i was told that if you want medium rare there, it wouldn't be hot and closer to cold. strange since i getgoodmed rare prime rib everywhere else hot? the manager came over and apologized and they promptly brought me another which was reallygoodand cooked to perfect medium rare. very tender and seasoned just right. their green beans were a real surprise and absolutely amazing! finally, we had the banana cream pie that is to die for! hot chocolate sauce and caramel and creamy, wonderful goodness. i would recommend this place..they are still working out the "new" bugs but the food was terrific! thanks to the manager for taking my entree off the bill too which wasn't necessary since i gobbled the second one up! cheers!

too expensive for what we got. my wife's 7 oz fillet had a glob of fat that had to be 3 of the 7 ounces. wood- fired grill? i could get asgoodof results on my gas grill! cook them on my big green egg and they far surpass the fillets we were served. $70+ for 1 appetizer, 2 mediocre steaks, 2 potatoes, 1 salad and 1 beer is a little too much.

great bar and patio. excellent happy hour app specials as well. wings are smoked and bursting with flavor. not too hot a robust medium. steak was cooked just right and service was great.goodfor a date or out with friends

reallygoodhappy hour prices on drinks and small plates. i definitely recommend the mahi tacos. but make sure to get the fish done crispy.

dined here last night. the food was excellent and the service was also extremelygood(our server was alexandra). the manager (alisa) went above and beyond to make our evening extra memorable and the head chef (ken) also took time to talk to our sons and make them feel special. i strongly recommend firebirds. their food is amazing, it is kid-friendly with one of the best kids menus in town. it is great for a date night and also a night out with the family.

prettygoodrestaurant ... went with a party of 24 and most everyone was pretty happy with their orders. the manager gave us some complimentary appetizers to thank us for choosing their business. it’s a little more expensive than your average restaurant but the food is good. will come back again.

loved the atmosphere. twenty minute wait for table. the staff was very friendly and attentive. had the spinach salad and added the crab cake which was agoodmove. both were very tasty. would go here again.

met my daughter and grandson for dinner, my daughters dish was very tasty the chicken cooked perfectly and mashed potatoes cooked in beef broth she said they were excellent. my grandsons mac and cheese was perfect, he wiped it out. my colorado chicken salad was perfect. goodlace but, was expensive.

my son took me here for a birthday dinner and i was glad. they specialize in prime rib, and they do it well. had the 12 oz and it was very nice cut of 21 day dry aged beef. the green bean and coconut shrimp are verygoodalso. and the chicken tortilla soup is to die for along with the house made cesar salad.

we took our friends out for their 45th anniversary and had a wonderful time at firebirds. stephanie was our waitress. she was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. she was always right there if we needed something but not intrusive. we had the blt salad which tasted just like a well made blt sandwich. there were 3 steaks ordered and a rack of ribs. each of our steaks were cooked to perfection and the ribs fell off the bone. our sides were asparagus, garlic spinach and grilled vegetables each seasoned and cooked with care. our drinks came very quickly. the bar is a well stocked with everything you could want. we had coffee after dinner and it tasted asgoodas it smelled. the staff kept moving all of the time and we felt like we were treated royally. we will defiantly go back.

firebird's is fine.goodeven.  food is good, service is good, atmosphere is good.  we visited because we've never been and it is less than 10 minutes from our house.  there is absolutely nothing wrong with this place. but for me, there is not much difference between this place and an outback.  which is not a knock - i like outback just fine! but at outback we can get out of there with a similar dinner for a much lower price.  i am more than happy to splurge on a nice dinner, but for the price of our ticket we could have easily gone to one of the better, local restaurants and had something really spectacular instead of the good, but typical, food we had at firebirds.

went to this restaurant (which i believe is a chain?) in february 2016.

first, the ambiance: clean, well decorated, a bit too dimly lit for my taste. lots of privacy at the booths with high backs.

second, the service: our server was nice, knew the menu, but didn't really try to engage us or make recommendations. drinks came quickly. was impressed by how attentive the other servers were...if someone's glass was empty, any of the other servers in our area would come over and offer a refill, not just ours. food was also pretty quick.

finally, the food: i had a burger and fries, my mom had a beef dip, and my dad had the sesame mustard (or something like that) salmon. of the three of us, he seemed to enjoy his meal the most, and it certainly looked good. my burger was ok, just ok. fries were fine. prices pretty reasonable.

overall, nothing about this restaurant really made it stand out, but it is just asgoodas any other mid-price-range grill we have been to, and close to the movie theatre in case you are trying to catch a film after dinner.
