20 feb' 15 in the afternoon we went to chinatown nightmarket. the market is held every friday from 4pm-11pm. the place was packed, so it was kind of hard to move around. we tried bbq pork ($4), didn't really like it. bee cheng hiang is wayy better. there is also one place that had a long queue : emperor's puff we bought 3pcs for $1. thepuffswere pipping hot, didn't really like it because the custard had a slight bitter aftertaste. dinner at naruone rice ($2) half-half ($35) we waited for more than 30 minutes for the chicken to came. the rice came not long after we ordered, but the chicken hasn't come until the rice is cold. the boneless fried chicken gangjung was good, but there were too much chicken skin! :( the fried one is better, the other one (boneless fried chicken gangjung with sweet & spicy sauce) was too sweet for my liking, so it was kinda overwhelming after a few pieces.
