can't get enough!. we were visiting from colorado and hahappened on to coconuts. we were hooked. awesome flavor and presentation. we ate there two days in a row and was going for a third but travel plans demanded a quick adjustment and we had no time. would love to invite them to build in colorado!

ate here for dinner with family on vacation, and the fish tacos were amazing! so tasty, and the fries were good too! definitely a place you have to try!

"17 ingredients" and they won't tell you if it's their spices or toppings!? i'm not looking to "steal" the recipe, i just want to know if it's something that can be removed! a lot of hoopla over nothing. ended up ordering the mahi-mahi burger, that was tasty, but for $14, you'd think you would get a least a side of their tiny portioned coleslaw. will not be going back. much better food elsewhere in maui.

delicious. must eat here!! this is a must for anyone in the vicinity. the fish tacos are to die for. we went twice while in maui. great service. clean place. wonderful food. i also signed up to urbanspoon just to give this restaurant a positive review.

coconuts was one of our favorite places to eat in kihei. the fish tacos are the best we have ever tasted! the tacos come 2 per order, and they are loaded with fish, mango salsa, coleslaw, and cheese - one order could easily be split. my husband loved the ahi burger - excellent quality & simply delicious!

fish tacos - 2 tacos grilled with white corn tortillas and a variety of 17 different ingredients including tomato, cheese, france's coleslaw and mango salsa. the tacos are the signature dish of coconuts. they were quite large with heaps of toppings and delicious tender grilled fish. even though j fed h first, her taco was still dry on the outside when she started eating.

fresh and fantastic!. this place is as amazing as everyone says it is. i would add though that it would be great to get 1 fish taco for a lower price, perhaps this is an option already and i just don't know about it though. call it a canadian size if you like.

2nd time ever eating fish tacos and i think i've fallen in love with them thanks to this place. fresh fish and fruits, super friendly staff, and the cafe itself is pretty chill. best maui vacation meal so far.

coconuts review. absolutely phenomenal. my wife and i ate there 3 times between june 14-21 and the fish tacos are unmatched. the shrimp appetizer was good with a delicious dipping sauce and the blackened mahi mahi sandwich was also very good. while we were there, the owner spoke with us every time. we also had the pleasure of jazz musician phil smith playing his sax while we ate. thanks for a memorable dining experience.

this place rocks - even if one of the staff allowed his friends to jump the long line which peeved us greatly.
however the fish tacos are to die for so this small rudeness from staff was overcome. the two tacos were huge and two people can be filled up with one order.
make this a must eat at while in kihei.

fish tacos are large and delicious! order them with a bowl of the brown rice and eat your tacos over the rice to catch all the food that drops from your tacos. then add some chalula to the rice and you have a great dish to eat or to take home. highly recommend this restaurant.
