everything wasfreshand very yummy! facility was clean and casual. i was in the mood for something other than fried and this delivered! staff was friendly and helpful. we'll be back before we leave fl!

this is by far one of my favorite returants!! i love the mexican salad with chicken and the lime dressing. i love thefreshsalsa so much that i sometimes buy it by the pint to take home eat over the weekend. the owners and staff are so nice. i get carry out from there when i get home too late to cook sometimes and my food is always as ordered. they have even sliced afreshavacado for me when i requested it for my salad. yummy!

sante fe enchilada were fantastic. next time going for the fish tacos. everything is sofreshand flavorful :)

delicious. cactus flower cafe is delicious! i am an incredibly picky eater and i loved their food. veryfreshand tasty. i got the enchiladas (shredded beef was my favorite) and my husband got their special (blue crab quesadillas) both meals where great, their quesadilla soup was amazing as well. the service was good, the waitress was helpful. it's been a while since i've had good mexican food, this was exactly what i was looking for, i will definitely be back again!

this place is fabulous. we would highly recommend it. the food isfreshand the service was very good. definitely have the california sangria and fish tacos. 10/10 all the way.

fresh and delicious.freshingredients, great service, a nice clean atmosphere, and reasonable prices make the cactus flower cafe in navarre a winner. i had the beef chimichanga and my wife had the fish tacos. both dishes were excellent, with tasty sides, served promptly and with a nice presentation. our server was very knowledgable of the menu, pleasant and helpful. the chips and salsa flowed freely, with the chips being light and crisp, and the salsa perfectly made, with the right balance of spices. top it off with a cold beer, and you have the perfect meal. local or tourist, make a point of stopping in at the cactus flower, you'll be glad you did.

a good option between fwb and pensacola. it's nice to see some good indie restaurants start to appear along us 98's usual sea of chains. the food wasfreshand carefully prepared- chicken was very tender, and the rice had obviously not been just sitting there forever like you get at some restaurants. and while not precisely cheap, their portions are very generous for the prices they charge.

my only complaint is that they're a bit heavy-handed with the cilantro, and as someone who doesn't care for cilantro, it seemed to be a little bit much for me, but not enough to prevent me from a return trip when i'm in the area.

love cactus flower! it is not just another mexican restaurant. food is alwaysfreshand plentiful. the owner is usually there and makes sure everything is good. highly recommend the guacamole, mango shrimp and fish tacos. best i have ever had! service is always good and if you have to wait, it is well worth it. when we come to the beach, which is often, we always eat here. only thing i would change would be the store bought chips. the salsa is so good the chips should compliment it! don't miss this wonderful little cafe!

the mango shrimp appetizer will make you divorce your spouse and run away with it. get them.

best restuarant in navarre. cactus flower brings delightfullyfreshflavors to a cuisine that is known for it's heavy cheeses and oil use. not the case here. it's "california style" mexican is something to cherish indeed. the food is always delicious. i have eaten every single item off the menu and have never been disappointed. first timers should try the queso bites, chicken tortilla soup (best i've ever had) and the chicken salad w/southwest ranch. their rice also gets a shout out because it is top notch.

they use mostly olive oil and canola oils for their dishes and i can appreciate them trying to be a healthier place to eat.

one of my favorite things about mexican restuarants is that when you sit down you are given immediate gratification in the form of tortilla chips and salsa, cactus flower does not disappoint in this regard and their salsa in particular is amazing. i've noticed that they have toned the heat down a little recently which is definitely a smart move for all those out there who don't prefer spice (my wife included).

the service is always great and i've never been caught looking at my watch wondering when the food will get to the table. the atomsphere is very calm and relaxing.

cactus flower is original and the only restuarant of its caliber in navarre, if you are visiting it is a prerequisite before leaving the area.

great food!. i have eaten at cactus flower for over a year. i love everything on the menu. the tortilla soup and mahi taco are my favorite. i love the atmosphere and thefreshsalsa is amazing. lately the service is lacking. i think they have a bunch of new servers. the other night was my worst experience my waitress stood around talking while our drinks continuously needed to be refilled she took forever to bring our check and she had the most annoying voice. she was very rude. we will continue to eat at cactus flower because the food is so amazing but hope we don't get that waitress again.

my husband and i frequent this restaurant often! we love thefreshguacamole and love their salsa. one of my favorite menu items is the chicken tortilla soup. a great restaurant addition to navarre.

our "go-to" place!. everything is super fresh! salsas are out-standing! i try to order something different every time, but alas, i have now gone through the entire menu! i have yet to find anything i did not like. love thefreshherbs and choice of whole wheat tortillas! as an "almost-vegetarian" this place rocks! many veg choices and they will accomodate you as well! healthy yummy food here!
oh yeah......fish tacos!! the best i ever had! too much to eat, so i always have some for lunch the next day. flan is good too! oh my!

great food not such great service. the food was amazing. everything wasfreshand delicious. the service was awful both times we have gone we got the same waiter and he was awful, never refilled our drinks and took forever getting them. our check took 15minutes to get after we asked for it. hoping next time for a waiter that knows what they are doing.
