the chicken used in it is stale..... didn't leke it at all.

i came here after seeing it to be one of the best restaurants in ajmer, however, my experience was worse as i ordered chicken biryani, garlic naan and mutton. chicken biryani was simply boiled chicken with rice. chicken was raw and rice had no flavor. mutton was fine but could’ve been cooked more. service is very slow.
additionally, ordered mixed fresh lime soda which was not chilled properly and it was bitter in taste. so not happy with the service or food at all. don’t recommend this place.

brilliant food and great service! stopped here on our way to jodhpur and we were treated to some lip smacking food. a must visit for anyone visiting or crossing ajmer. do try the mutton rara gosht, daal ambrosia and the shahi tukda to end it on a sweet delicious note.

well we all were put ourselves there after long search for a perfect restaurant to celebrate 🎉 birthday of my uncle. it’s a rooftop restaurant which is on the top floor of ambrasador hotel. sitting arrangements are good. there is cabana sections too. we had tandori roti, veg jhalfrezi, paneer lababdar and ambrosia nv special thali. in starters we had crispy potato chili and makai paneer roll. chilli potato was not crispy it was flat in taste. veg main course items also so so not that great and coming to nv thali oily smell came from chicken pieces. also hard too.
