i've never got anything foul from this restaurant

i came here after seeing it to be one of the best restaurants in ajmer, however, my experience was worse as i orderedchickenbiryani, garlic naan and mutton.chickenbiryani was simply boiledchickenwith rice.chickenwas raw and rice had no flavor. mutton was fine but could’ve been cooked more. service is very slow.
additionally, ordered mixed fresh lime soda which was not chilled properly and it was bitter in taste. so not happy with the service or food at all. don’t recommend this place.

well we all were put ourselves there after long search for a perfect restaurant to celebrate 🎉 birthday of my uncle. it’s a rooftop restaurant which is on the top floor of ambrasador hotel. sitting arrangements are good. there is cabana sections too. we had tandori roti, veg jhalfrezi, paneer lababdar and ambrosia nv special thali. in starters we had crispy potato chili and makai paneer roll. chilli potato was not crispy it was flat in taste. veg main course items also so so not that great and coming to nv thali oily smell came fromchickenpieces. also hard too.

the food was horrible. thechickenwas uncooked and the waiter refused to cancel it. very unfriendly staff and preference given to online orders!

the food is substandard,chickenfelt stale. chinese cuisine is hardly chinese ! the place has nice rooftop but not well maintained. furniture and walls are chipping off, crying for upkeep and maintenance

we r basically from mumbai, as suggested by zomato's must try restaurant v visited this place... firstly we were the only ppl dining here, we ordered murgh shorba which tasted very much like cream ofchickensoup.. we then order 1 nonveg starter and 1 veg starter but the manager asked us to stick to the nonveg starter and added that the veg will b too much we then ordered biryani to that he made faces and asked us to go for gravy and roti. he then suggested 1 mutton curry and roti and chur chur nan.. he added its stuffed nan and will go well with the gravy... wen the food finally arrived the chur chur nan was something filled with peas and paneer, who eats paneer and peas stuffed nan with mutton gravy.. disappointed we then order for fresh lime soda, after 25mins of wait we were served warm fresh lime soda which we canceled.. overall worst experience, had no courtesy to say sry wen we canceled the soda!! a big no!!!

ambrosia is really good! you guys must try butterchickenand murg dum biryani. 10/10!!

taste was so so,chickenwas hard, i was expecting more from ambrosia.

food quality was good !! ordered tandoorichickenand found it jucey & tasty but the quality was too small. possibly it better to mention there how many peices ofchickenwe"ll get. i ordered two but couldn't get equivalent of one whole chicken

must visit, if u r in ajmer n of vent visit ambrosia than u ve left something, superb ambience , n superb taste.. wether it’schickenmain course or mutton main course.. wether ischickenstarter or mutton starter..it’s finger licking jordar..

i was disappointed with most off the stuff except for the ambience and the barra kabab. and i ended paying up 1800+ for a meal for three people at the end. i'd like to see them improve on the food freshness, cooking quality and quantity especially on the items i ordered -chickenshorba,chickenmalai tikka, and quantity of laal maas. before i come back.

we ordered the smokey chaas which was a 5/5
the murg malai tikka was good too 4/5
thechickenbiryani and the parda biryani (veg) were very spicy. so were the kadai paneer and the boti masala. we really struggled. we usually never order dessert, but we did today, because the raita and chaas were not enough to cool it off!
