best part about this restaurant is its decor and ambience. food is little expensive if you compare it from other restaurants but theambienceand decor is superb. great place overall.

one of the top notch experiences in the recent past! theambiencewas just serene with the roof-top arrangement, food was equally good & balanced in its flavors.
good thing was that everything was managed superbly with respect to the set-up & attention to details was amazing.
to top if off the food prices was very reasonable & value for money.

the place has a very niceambiencewith both indoor and outdoor seating at rooftop.
we had mushroom soup, daal ambrosia, nawabi kesar kofta and chur-chur naan ..
all the dishes were very tasty and main course dishes had a rich and creamy gravy!
must visit when in ajmer!

the restaurant is situated at the rooftop of ambassador hotel. walking distance from anasagar and has a lovely ambience. the seating arrangement is quite cozy and relaxed. the food is decent but but the portions size could be increased . the laal maans is a must have here but i personally found mango masala's laal maas a little better but this is great too. also tried their palak patta chaat which comprised of a crispy leaf of palak dipped in besan fried and topped with onion tomato sev and masalas and chutneys. also tried their reshmi palak which is quite similar to palak paneer but has gatte instead. the staff is polite and respectful. theambienceis really enjoyable with ample amount of walking space, dim lights, mellow music in the backdrop, and glittering sky. its beautiful and really makes you want to comeback for more. i personally liked the place and would like to not only comeback but also recommend it to others. cheers (:

worst place, served bassi chicken. manager was very rude. plz dnt waste ur money instead throw ur money in ana sagar.ambiencewas gud but food was worst. kuvh time me band ho jaega i m sure.

my mom and dad celebrated their 30th anniversary in ambrosia restaurant. ❤️ ms. leena arranged the whole program very nicely in my absence. i will always be grateful to her. i have been there many times and due to its rooftopambiencei chose this over other restaurants for celebrating my parents anniversary. paneer lababdar was very yummy according to my parents. in starter they ordered spring rolls. in dessert kitkat shake was awesome.

overall a great experience and thank you so much ms. leena for great hospitality. appreciated. looking forward to comeback many more times.

must visit, if u r in ajmer n of vent visit ambrosia than u ve left something, superbambience, n superb taste.. wether it’s chicken main course or mutton main course.. wether is chicken starter or mutton starter..it’s finger licking jordar..

i was disappointed with most off the stuff except for theambienceand the barra kabab. and i ended paying up 1800+ for a meal for three people at the end. i'd like to see them improve on the food freshness, cooking quality and quantity especially on the items i ordered - chicken shorba, chicken malai tikka, and quantity of laal maas. before i come back.

in a city like ajmer good fine dining rooftops are hard to find. this place has a great rooftop. view is not that amazing but theambienceis.
