ambrosia restaurant

well we all were put ourselves there after long search for a perfectrestaurantto celebrate 🎉 birthday of my uncle. it’s a rooftoprestaurantwhich is on the top floor of ambrasador hotel. sitting arrangements are good. there is cabana sections too. we had tandori roti, veg jhalfrezi, paneer lababdar and ambrosia nv special thali. in starters we had crispy potato chili and makai paneer roll. chilli potato was not crispy it was flat in taste. veg main course items also so so not that great and coming to nv thali oily smell came from chicken pieces. also hard too.

best part about thisrestaurantis its decor and ambience. food is little expensive if you compare it from other restaurants but the ambience and decor is superb. great place overall.

had the worstrestaurantexperience ever in ajmer at ambrosia. it was my first time in 4-5 years visiting it. we booked a table a day prior and even paid in advance for birthday decoration. the decoration turned out satisfactory but out in therestaurantthe staff didn’t even serve us basic things like water, spoons, glasses, tissues. everything we had to ask 4-5 times that too by going all the way to the staff area as there was no staff around to even ask for anything if we needed. after 1.5 hours we got out starters served and even when we asked for spoons they gave us insufficient spoons of different different shapes which even included serving spoons(to eat)
even after addressing the issues to the manager many times it just felt like he didn’t bother or he had too much on his plate to care about us.
right after finishing the starters we left the place because till then also they didn’t come to take the main course order.
don’t recommend at all.

we r basically from mumbai, as suggested by zomato's must tryrestaurantv visited this place... firstly we were the only ppl dining here, we ordered murgh shorba which tasted very much like cream of chicken soup.. we then order 1 nonveg starter and 1 veg starter but the manager asked us to stick to the nonveg starter and added that the veg will b too much we then ordered biryani to that he made faces and asked us to go for gravy and roti. he then suggested 1 mutton curry and roti and chur chur nan.. he added its stuffed nan and will go well with the gravy... wen the food finally arrived the chur chur nan was something filled with peas and paneer, who eats paneer and peas stuffed nan with mutton gravy.. disappointed we then order for fresh lime soda, after 25mins of wait we were served warm fresh lime soda which we canceled.. overall worst experience, had no courtesy to say sry wen we canceled the soda!! a big no!!!

quantity of food less even for 1 person...no value for money... also substandard quality

therestaurantis situated at the rooftop of ambassador hotel. walking distance from anasagar and has a lovely ambience. the seating arrangement is quite cozy and relaxed. the food is decent but but the portions size could be increased . the laal maans is a must have here but i personally found mango masala's laal maas a little better but this is great too. also tried their palak patta chaat which comprised of a crispy leaf of palak dipped in besan fried and topped with onion tomato sev and masalas and chutneys. also tried their reshmi palak which is quite similar to palak paneer but has gatte instead. the staff is polite and respectful. the ambience is really enjoyable with ample amount of walking space, dim lights, mellow music in the backdrop, and glittering sky. its beautiful and really makes you want to comeback for more. i personally liked the place and would like to not only comeback but also recommend it to others. cheers (:

the hotel as well asrestaurantboth are excellent. therestaurantis rooftop so one can enjoy the meal with good view. food is also flavoursome and appetizing. all in all it was a good experience. very much recommend 👍

thisrestaurantis on ambassador hotel rooftop with great city views. they have great outdoor seating. food was lovely. service was very prompt. drove all the way from pushkar to try this restaurant.

what a place, just the most amazing roof toprestaurantin ajmer, food is delectable and sumptuous. the service is always consistent and mr shivlal and his team always takes care of us. highly recommended

i ordered chaska kebab it was so yummy and properly cooked.. it was a great experience for me and i really thanks to ambrosiarestaurantand i also thanks to chef of ambrosiarestaurantfor making and feel me happy after eating superb food.
