one of the top notch experiences in the recent past! the ambience was just serene with the roof-top arrangement, food was equally good & balanced in its flavors.
good thing was that everything was managed superbly with respect to the set-up & attention to details was amazing.
to top if off the food prices was very reasonable & value for money.

had the worst restaurant experience ever in ajmer at ambrosia. it was my first time in 4-5 years visiting it. we booked a table a day prior and even paid in advance for birthday decoration. the decoration turned out satisfactory but out in the restaurant the staff didn’t even serve us basic things like water, spoons, glasses, tissues. everything we had to ask 4-5 times that too by going all the way to the staff area as there was no staff around to even ask for anything if we needed. after 1.5 hours we got out starters served and even when we asked for spoons they gave us insufficient spoons of different different shapes which even included serving spoons(to eat)
even after addressing the issues to the manager many times it just felt like he didn’t bother or he had too much on his plate to care about us.
right after finishing the starters we left the place because till then also they didn’t come to take the main course order.
don’t recommend at all.

paneer were hard

we r basically from mumbai, as suggested by zomato's must try restaurant v visited this place... firstly we were the only ppl dining here, we ordered murgh shorba which tasted very much like cream of chicken soup.. we then order 1 nonveg starter and 1 veg starter but the manager asked us to stick to the nonveg starter and added that the veg will b too much we then ordered biryani to that he made faces and asked us to go for gravy and roti. he then suggested 1 mutton curry and roti and chur chur nan.. he added its stuffed nan and will go well with the gravy... wen the food finally arrived the chur chur nan was something filled with peas and paneer, who eats paneer and peas stuffed nan with mutton gravy.. disappointed we then order for fresh lime soda, after 25mins of wait we were served warm fresh lime soda which we canceled.. overall worst experience, had no courtesy to say sry wen we canceled the soda!! a big no!!!

we used their rooftop hall for my nephew's first birthday party but our experience was worst. quality of food was not good and was served cold and they missed one main course item as well and when we asked to adjust it they totally refused. very unprofessional behaviour.
highly not recommended to anyone.

lababdar gravy should be something different

not upto the mark in taste, i dont know why but its was not good , paneer tastes little sour like some old paneer pieces were used to prepare this. totally disappointed.

worst experience.. we used their hall for my nephew's birthday party. food was of low quality and was served cold. also they forgot to put one main course item at the buffet and they refused to reimburse for that. to compensate for the error, they said they'll send some special food item to our home the next day which obviously didn't come. when we contacted the manager for the "special food item", she stopped responding.

don't get fooled by sweet talking of the female manager who sits at the reception. very unprofessional behaviour and will not recommend to anyone.
giving one star because less than that was not possible.

this is not chilli garlic noodles. this is chowmein! i need a refund for this.

taste was good but i don't get how.. they served that little quantity which was not even enough for 1 person..

vegetables were delicious but both variety of breads were so much thick.
