the hotel as well as restaurant both are excellent. the restaurant is rooftop so one can enjoy the meal with good view. food is also flavoursome and appetizing. all in all it was a good experience. very much recommend 👍

worst place, served bassi chicken. manager was very rude. plz dnt waste ur money instead throw ur money in ana sagar. ambience was gud but food was worst. kuvh time me band ho jaega i m sure.

great food great hospitality awesome ambience
my mom and dad celebrated their 30th anniversary in ambrosia restaurant. ❤️ ms. leena arranged the whole program very nicely in my absence. i will always be grateful to her. i have been there many times and due to its rooftop ambience i chose this over other restaurants for celebrating my parents anniversary. paneer lababdar was very yummy according to my parents. in starter they ordered spring rolls. in dessert kitkat shake was awesome.
overall a great experience and thank you so much ms. leena for great hospitality. appreciated. looking forward to comeback many more times.

this restaurant is on ambassador hotel rooftop with great city views. they have great outdoor seating. food was lovely. service was very prompt. drove all the way from pushkar to try this restaurant.

restaurant is a must visit eating place in ajmer. the highlight of my experience was beautiful ambience, delicious food options and the courteous staff. dahi ke kabab and birds nest were really nice. overall a superb experience.

food quality was good !! ordered tandoori chicken and found it jucey & tasty but the quality was too small. possibly it better to mention there how many peices of chicken we"ll get. i ordered two but couldn't get equivalent of one whole chicken
