brilliant food and great service! stopped here on our way to jodhpur and we were treated to some lip smacking food. a must visit for anyone visiting or crossing ajmer. do try the mutton rara gosht, daalambrosiaand the shahi tukda to end it on a sweet delicious note.

well we all were put ourselves there after long search for a perfect restaurant to celebrate 🎉 birthday of my uncle. it’s a rooftop restaurant which is on the top floor of ambrasador hotel. sitting arrangements are good. there is cabana sections too. we had tandori roti, veg jhalfrezi, paneer lababdar andambrosianv special thali. in starters we had crispy potato chili and makai paneer roll. chilli potato was not crispy it was flat in taste. veg main course items also so so not that great and coming to nv thali oily smell came from chicken pieces. also hard too.

my mom and dad celebrated their 30th anniversary inambrosiarestaurant. ❤️ ms. leena arranged the whole program very nicely in my absence. i will always be grateful to her. i have been there many times and due to its rooftop ambience i chose this over other restaurants for celebrating my parents anniversary. paneer lababdar was very yummy according to my parents. in starter they ordered spring rolls. in dessert kitkat shake was awesome.

overall a great experience and thank you so much ms. leena for great hospitality. appreciated. looking forward to comeback many more times.

this place is awesome.... i just love this place and tell others also to visit once u will never wants to come back from this heaven place......ambrosiarestaurant u deserve all the stars forever ....

i ordered chaska kebab it was so yummy and properly cooked.. it was a great experience for me and i really thanks toambrosiarestaurant and i also thanks to chef ofambrosiarestaurant for making and feel me happy after eating superb food.

i had to visited toambrosiarestaurent yesterday nice ambience with roof top open sky and nice garden area beautiful cabana with matress lovely instrumental music delicious starter and main corse rajputana lal maas is special dish from here thanks toambrosiateam

must visit, if u r in ajmer n of vent visitambrosiathan u ve left something, superb ambience , n superb taste.. wether it’s chicken main course or mutton main course.. wether is chicken starter or mutton starter..it’s finger licking jordar..

ambrosia resturant is really nice.i order many variety of meal ..vagetable nest bird's, vagetable chaska kabab, mirchi roti, resami palak, bhutte ki sabji,butter naan, ulte tave ki roti, papad bhurji,ambrosia special dal,etc.
everythig was so wonderful, the place,services,presentation but among these there were two amazing dishes named with vegitable nest bird's and the vegitable chaska kabab was so delicious with the wonderful presentation which we enjoyed the most. . i recommends to all to visitambrosiaresturant to enjoying the wonderful tests.

if anyone ever told you "non-veg khana hai?ambrosiachalo", believe that person and go as soon as you can. ❤️
the two dishes served to us were so amazing that my taste buds still crave for them! i'm definitely going back again! 😍
the first one is murgh kofte kabab and second one (swipe) is nawabi kalmi kabab. both were blended so well with the right amount of spices and beautiful presentation!
