amadora gourmet ice cream & sorbet

another visit of new set of memories with their iconic pastries like underbaked cake topped with five bean vanilla, mud pie, choco brownie, gheelicious and lemon salt sorbet. the pastries like any other dessert outlets comes with a choice of ice cream topping whose ingredients are claimed to be locally procured thus by retaining local flavors for the ice cream flavors. after an hour of chit chat with friends the bill for above items totalled to 1,300.

just loved the place.. the ice cream was awesome and some of the short bread stuff they have is amazing. you should really try the pecan short bread on the menu. a must visit for all those with the sweet tooth!! and those with not as well 😊

bit pricey but the ice cream is amazing. the ambience is okay. probably the best ice cream in chennai, along with schmoozies. good to see they are expanding and opening stores in other cities as well.

rich and creamy ice cream priced slightly on the higher side but definitely worth it! i got the malt flavour which tasted exactly like my childhood favourite chocolate, maltesers! 😍

again one of my most favorite dessert places in chennai. been  here alot ...because this place has so many options and creamy icecreams. my most fave is the pecan shortbread.

a very pleasant place to hangout for couples. icecream is a delicacy and only icecream lovers will live the taste there. little pricy but worth it.

having heard good reviews about this place, we decided to check it out on a sunday afternoon for dessert.

it was located in a dead end street so we had to park our car in the main road and walk all the way into in hot sun which was quite tiring.

the ambience was nothing much to comment on. just a banner about the restaurant and few tables and chairs.

the dessert menu was quite limited with nothing much innovative to brag about.

we ordered a cup cake with bean vanilla ice cream which was okayish. the dark chocolate cake was good.

the pricing was way too high for the stuff in my personal opinion.

wouldn't go there again.

it’s was really difficult to find the store without google maps . ambience was great & well maintained . calm atmosphere and great desserts . it was all freshly prepared by the in-house pasty chef.

i'm not sure what the hype is all about this place. they serve good ice cream no doubt, but charging hella lot for something which is just as good as any other place isn't justified. anyhow , we tried 2 ice cream cakes.
the vanilla raspberry variant and the xocolat- caramel both of which were good. nothing exceptional. the ambiance is great though .
overall do give this place a visit.

a really good place to have high-quality icecream. a tad overpriced,but excusable since it is an exclusively gourmet icecream parlour. anything chocolate is a must-try here.

i ordered ice cream and desserts for about ₹1,330 through dunzo and the attendant / boy at the counter said this over the phone to me when i excitedly asked, what’s the new dessert and ice cream today so that i can add a few more to my order.

- he replied “it’s busy now, i can’t attend to you and i have customers here - you are a dunzo customer and you are not here”

my question would only take 30 seconds to answer, if you are so busy that you can afford to treat customers like they are trash then go ahead.

if the staff at amadora turn down business and customers this way - that reflects poorly on the brand and what the brand stands for.

i was shocked to hear that reply and made me look like an absolute fool for being a customer of anadora for a while now.

overall they just don’t care about anything. so much for eat local when you can’t even take care of local people.

it is located in knk road inside street end.the place atmosphere is so silent and ambience is decent.i would recommended this as must visit place in nungabakkam.the price tags are high but simply worth the money ❤️ all are homemade so the quality is 100%

s’mores - it was quite good.unfortunately we tasted their lemon sobert before so the tangy taste sticked with us 😝

underbaked - it is starter pack for first time visiters.the five beam vanilla icecream is damn with fresh vanilla aroma.chocolate inside cake was yummy

this icecream parlor never fails to serve awesome ice cream. the ice cream is so smooth, pure without any artifical essence and with perfect amount of sweet in it. this is quite expensive but worth spending money.
