the quality of service was disappointing, cold food, normal meat displayed in open air, poor salad quality taste. this resturant was managed by turkish stuff it was good before. i don't have idea why the indian food took place in this restaurant and th chef is taking care of iskandar the taste was too bad and super cold.
i based my review on the previous experience in the same restaurant.

what can i say about a la turca! just one year ago it was my favorite brunch spot or any weeknight buffet spot... however in last year the quality has just come down significantly! the grilling station with poor selection, the salads that used to be heavenly are just average, the cheeses that used to be very turkish are now just the usual you find in any buffet, desert (no comment).... even the cooked authentic dishes seem to have lost some points in authenticism and quality preparation.... this restaurant may surely find its way back to my favorites but based on last three tries the trend has been very clearly negative. still very good service and a solid lahmajun. i hope it gets back to its days of glory!

really disappointing...i am currently having my dinner here but half of the dishes are unnamed...food is cold or just warm and over...feels like sitting in a cafeteria as we have been seated outside. its just 9pm..there are no soup bowls...no cutlery

the hotel is great, the resturant is decent ... the receptionists are friendly, waiters are good ... but some negative points made me really upset.

1- everytime i ask the chef if has something he was replying with some anger

2- when i called them for reservation, i asked if they have a bbq beef that night and they assured that they have, but when i went there i found that they have only sea food and i don't eat sea food

i wish i had a better experience there.

well i was checking the reviews yesterday before i booked. few comments made me hestitate for a moment. but i decided to go anyway. and i am glad that i sticked to my plan. the place is fantastic. food is delicious and spread all over . very nice service and very polite waiters. i would definitly bring my friends next time they are in town.

one of the best international buffet menu, and the biggest too, live cooke station, variety of choices, i love it and always love to go there..

poor buffer, terrible place, food never refilled, not tasty and nothing to do with the turkish food. good for groups to eat fast without focusing on quality...

came to a la turca with my wife for dinner on monday evening
all in all experience was way below expectation and below a 5 stars hotel on the palms
the selection and variety of food was extremely limited and for a while we thought we were scammed the value for money does not worth what you get
dont be fooled with pictures you see posted on zomato plus the attitude of staff is almost for. 2 stars place

first time i’m trying turkish food . and to ma surprise it’s amazing . well a lot of variety to choose and eat from .. wat i personally loved is the meat section which my family loved it with live cooking ... as it was a thursday the place was a bit bc . still staff was very helpful and manager was also taking rounds to check if everything was going smooth .applause . 👍🏼

went for saturday brunch, staff was amazing especialy mr. mustafa who welcomed us so friendly and visited our table to make sure everything is ok. food was superb from live grills station to turkish sweets and live entertainment.

it is really very nice place and would love to come back again. thank you very much

one of the best buffets that i tried in dubai with difference
i was surprised because i read some negative reviews on this place but when i went there everything was perfect
the spacious seating area, the delicious food, and the amazing service, perfect!
there variety of food was huge, different kinds of salads, appetizers, meat, chicken, and plenty of seafood.
we enjoyed every moment and will visit again for sure.
special thanks for the chef taking care of the pastry and shawarma section, he was very nice to prepare for us a beautiful plate of iskender kebab, and some lahmacun as well, he is one of the reasons why i will visit this place again and recommend to a lot of friends.
highly recommended on a friday night.

best brunch ever specially their bbq’s.. amazingly delicious and the service was extremely beyond expectation.

it was a great disappointment visiting a la turca restaurant at rixos the palm after weeks of trying to get reservation
starting from the unprofessional greater who was very aggressive to the live cooking station where the grill man who couldn’t grill my food properly and instead he handed it over to me confirming it’s cooked
upon returning to my table in found that the food was uncooked and the seafood was still kind of raw
i called the manager who was in hurry to get the matter sorted
the respectable person was chef sameer who insisted to make it up and re offer me the food well cooked. he is a world class type of chefs who demonstrated a real example of customer centric
even the ice cream station had a very inpatient staff who answering my question about which flavors he has in very rude manner

i strongly believe this is the first and the last time for me to visit this restaurant

hotel is very nice but the restaurant is super rated moreover they didn't apply the cards offers although that day was a weekday worst experience i had in palm

we used to love this place. have been several times and took all visiting friends and family. used to feel like we were in a very nice / top turkish buffet. we were shocked yesterday the standard had dropped significantly and will not be going back.
