a la turca - rixos the palm dubai

having our 'staycation' at rixos, we opted to have a half-board meal plan to our room as you know that the hotel is located on the very end of the palm. so we chose to have the breakfast and dinner. going down on the lower ground floor of the hotel, you will find them on your left downstairs, and while you are still outside of the door, you can imagine that the restaurant has a huge selection of foods. and we are correct indeed! turkish foods are so tasty! the dinner buffet is carefully laid out, and thestaffare so wonderful assisting you all the time. for our breakfast, we opted to sit outside as the sitting area is amazing and relaxing. and as it turns out, the guy who is assisting us in everything we need is the manager himself! which i found it so humble of him, he doesn't act like he's a manager at all. walking casually, cleaning up the tables, so humble of him. this restaurant must i say is a wise choice for a buffet that you should not miss trying.

this place is exquisite. i don't remember enjoying a turkish cuisine that much in last few years in dubai.
- man'ousha is best i tried since decade.
-salad bar is rich with vicarious selection.
-staffis super friendly
- ambiance is casual and fair
- desserts is my benchmark from now one till someone nominee a better one.
-live cooking corner is having a mouthwatering kofta, very recommended in medium well cooked.

we went on a thursday evening with our kids and family for my birthday. thestaffwere excellent, i even got a surprise birthday cake! there was an excellent selection of pastas, salads and desserts. best was the sushi and fresh beef/ kebabs which you can chose and then have freshly bbqd. the chef came and greeted us as well to make sure everything was perfect. highly recommend a la turca, the food andstaffare amazing.

to start off with the food, it was amazing, various cuisines that were all amazing. as for thestaffthey were very friendly and fast. the ambience was amazing and its a cozy restaurant. but without the enertainment card i wouldnt have afforded it😂😂😂😂 worth every penny and recommended

came to a la turca with my wife for dinner on monday evening
all in all experience was way below expectation and below a 5 stars hotel on the palms
the selection and variety of food was extremely limited and for a while we thought we were scammed the value for money does not worth what you get
dont be fooled with pictures you see posted on zomato plus the attitude ofstaffis almost for. 2 stars place

first time i’m trying turkish food . and to ma surprise it’s amazing . well a lot of variety to choose and eat from .. wat i personally loved is the meat section which my family loved it with live cooking ... as it was a thursday the place was a bit bc . stillstaffwas very helpful and manager was also taking rounds to check if everything was going smooth .applause . 👍🏼

went for saturday brunch,staffwas amazing especialy mr. mustafa who welcomed us so friendly and visited our table to make sure everything is ok. food was superb from live grills station to turkish sweets and live entertainment.

it was a great disappointment visiting a la turca restaurant at rixos the palm after weeks of trying to get reservation
starting from the unprofessional greater who was very aggressive to the live cooking station where the grill man who couldn’t grill my food properly and instead he handed it over to me confirming it’s cooked
upon returning to my table in found that the food was uncooked and the seafood was still kind of raw
i called the manager who was in hurry to get the matter sorted
the respectable person was chef sameer who insisted to make it up and re offer me the food well cooked. he is a world class type of chefs who demonstrated a real example of customer centric
even the ice cream station had a very inpatientstaffwho answering my question about which flavors he has in very rude manner

i strongly believe this is the first and the last time for me to visit this restaurant

absolutely love the spread and the food served at the breakfast buffet. 

thestaffare caring and very customer oriented. you feel spoilt for choice and flavor. every bite is relished. 

the venue and ambiance has you tranquil and peaceful.

good turkish food and terrasse. it is located in a nice hotel. only downside is that the service andstaffseemed owerwhelmed by the few tables that were occupied. we had to wait quite some time for parts of the buffet to be replenished. thestaffwas very nice

i visited a la turca with a bunch of friends to celebrate one of their birthdays, and we went for the friday brunch.

the buffet spread is huge with a lot of different cuisines to pick from, and most of the dishes that i had were pretty good. they also have a love grill station outdoors, where you can pick your cut of meats and they’ll cook it for you within 10 minutes. the dessert spread is also quiet vast, but none of the things were exceptional. they have a live kunafa counter, which i really liked.
the ambiance in the restaurant is super lively, thestaffare really friendly, and there is live music too.

we dined in with the groupon vouchers, so the brunch was really good value for money.

recently i’ve visited this amazing place a la turca for buffet dinner. we thought there will be only turkish dishes but they have great variety of international cuisines that’s amazing in this price you have so many options apart from that they have sea food live station perfect for sea food lovers. they have so many deserts also which you can die for but i am sure nobody can try all of them they are so many.

i have been to many buffets but this place is amazing everything was great hotelstaffwere very courteous. ambience and location of this place. overall we enjoyed our time.

went for the brunch with some friends last friday and i was mind blown. the place is just brilliant. the massive buffet was filled with delicious and interesting choices, thestaffwas super friendly and the ambience is perfect for a chilled afternoon. the live band and the lovely views are just a cherry on top.
