unique weekend experience with extensive selection of traditional anatolian dishes along with turkish entertainment. we were excited upon receiving and invite from rixos the palm to experience their newly launched saturday brunch in a laturcarestaurant. it is resort’s main restaurant and has a buffet concept that serves a variety of international cuisines including authentic turkish cuisines with delicacies such as grills, kebabs, and mezzes from eastern anatolia, the aegean and the black sea

a laturcais not worth going for and its a waste for money. it's a 5star restaurant with such a poor third class restaurant. food does not taste great. people
should not waste their time and money on this. it's have been a worst experience in 5star hotel.

i was invited for the iftar preview at a laturcaand the food was fantastic. loved the ambiance and the view.

if you're looking for iftar and suhoor, there is a lot in store for you. it would be almost impossible to try the food as there is so much of variety even for the dessert. pure and traditional turkish taste. it's a must

never go here! for a whopping 230 aed per person, a laturcadoes not serve what you should normaly expect at this price. for a turkish themed restaurants and 230 aed i would expect to see: shish tawook, adna kebab, manti, borek, pistachio baklava, turkish ice cream, pide, sis kebab, dolma, etc. unfortunately, these were all missing. the food available tasted good and service was great but turkish food variety was really bad, i would recommend to go any other turkish restaurants.

the selection and variety of food was extremely limited and for a while we thought we were scammed the value for money does not worth what you get
dont be fooled with pictures you see posted on zomato plus the attitude of staff is almost for. 2 stars place

it was a great disappointment visiting a laturcarestaurant at rixos the palm after weeks of trying to get reservation
starting from the unprofessional greater who was very aggressive to the live cooking station where the grill man who couldn’t grill my food properly and instead he handed it over to me confirming it’s cooked
upon returning to my table in found that the food was uncooked and the seafood was still kind of raw
i called the manager who was in hurry to get the matter sorted
the respectable person was chef sameer who insisted to make it up and re offer me the food well cooked. he is a world class type of chefs who demonstrated a real example of customer centric
even the ice cream station had a very inpatient staff who answering my question about which flavors he has in very rude manner

i strongly believe this is the first and the last time for me to visit this restaurant

ordered a branch in a laturcai regret very much for such choice.
buffet and choice of food is 1 out of 10.
the quality and recipes are definitely not up to 5 stars standarts.very poor menu.

huge queue of naked or semi naked people who does not even bother to cover their cellulite while having a lunch in the restaurant - and management allowed this.
we were placed next to automatic doors leading to smoky grill station - where smoke and heat was an additional accessory to all what we saw there.
ordered sparkling wine, got a reply that it is not availiable and will be replaced by housewine( 2 times cheaper) however got different price - for sparkling one in the bill by the end and waitress was trying to convince me that it is same same mam.
wasted my day,will never come again, highly not recommended for all friends .

a laturcamenu has a lot to offer and buffet is huge. you can choose your raw meat and it has a grill station outside where you can decide if you want your meat to be cooked on point or not.
a bit disappointed by desserts but it worths going back again.

i visited a laturcawith a bunch of friends to celebrate one of their birthdays, and we went for the friday brunch.

the buffet spread is huge with a lot of different cuisines to pick from, and most of the dishes that i had were pretty good. they also have a love grill station outdoors, where you can pick your cut of meats and they’ll cook it for you within 10 minutes. the dessert spread is also quiet vast, but none of the things were exceptional. they have a live kunafa counter, which i really liked.
the ambiance in the restaurant is super lively, the staff are really friendly, and there is live music too.

we dined in with the groupon vouchers, so the brunch was really good value for money.

recently i’ve visited this amazing place a laturcafor buffet dinner. we thought there will be only turkish dishes but they have great variety of international cuisines that’s amazing in this price you have so many options apart from that they have sea food live station perfect for sea food lovers. they have so many deserts also which you can die for but i am sure nobody can try all of them they are so many.

i have been to many buffets but this place is amazing everything was great hotel staff were very courteous. ambience and location of this place. overall we enjoyed our time.

i explored a fantastic place to brunch at - a laturcaserves not only authentic turkish cuisine but also a variety of international cuisines. they have some amazing delicacies like grills, kebabs and mezzes, entire seafood counter, live pasta station, multiple dessert counters and so much more!
the food was delish, but what i fell in love with the most was the beautiful ambience and the hotel - it's one of the best i've been to yet! even the drive up to the hotel along the board walk is so beautiful! they even have a shaded terrace which is the perfect setup for the current dubai weather!
they desserts look so beautiful and delicious! i think my favourites were some of the middle eastern delicacies like the basbousa - it was perfectly spongy and moist. they have soo much to choose from - i couldn't try them all even after filling up 2 plates.

when in dubai two words “brunch” and “weekend” appear together in the same sentence every where. and now fridays are no longer the only popular brunch day here, infact saturday brunches are more popular with so many luxurious hotels like  hosting lavish brunches.


so last saturday we had our brunch which was actually a feast all the way from the land of baklava-  turkey. a laturcahosts a brunch every saturday giving you a taste of most delicious turkish food along with some poupluar international dishes like curries and pastas.


the buffet starts with a fresh fruit juice counter takes you to middle eastern must have  dips like hummus and baba ganoush to name a few and to the salads where i had my favourite fattoush salad . and then takes you to the bread counter where its not just pita bread that you can use to scoop up the  chickpea delights – the bakery section is huge with so much to choose from.

it then takes you to the main courses with having traditional sweets and live pasta counters in the center. basically its you in the center surrounded with every kind of food . further it takes you to a counter similar to a traditional fruit stall and then to chocolate fountain and to desserts and to my most favourite part of the brunch the turkish choclate ice cream served in their typical fun filled style that we see around jbr and many tourist places in dubai.


what makes this brunch space very different is that inside the restaurant you have hues of traditional middle east and as you see out you have a gorgeous beach set with families having a good holiday time making you feel like you are actually on holiday brunch .

we had lunch, dinner and then breakfast.
the buffets were so varied, and the food was so delicious!!
some of the served platters were an exact replica of the mouth watering stuff we had in istanbul.
the meats of all kinds were full of flavors and cooked to perfection...
i especially enjoyed a lunch dish called eggplant melanzane and don't get me started on the sandwiches i had for breakfast :')!
my mom is probably the pickiest person when it comes to food and places to eat, and until this days she speaks of the nice experience she had at this place!
my sister especially enjoyed the live stationary pasta and made herself a memorable penne alfredo for dinner.
the service is 5 stars indeed and i still dream of the wonderful afternoons i had in the restaurant open area sipping on my turkish chai.

the saturday turkish dinner buffet at a laturcais probably one of the best buffet experiences in dubai in terms of food quality. 

the place is huge with both indoor and outdoor seating. it is located at the rixos the palm, at the very far end of the island where we drove for 20-25 mins on the palm to get there. as we arrived we were taken to our table inside, but then since it was a nice weather we asked our waiter to move us to the outdoor area.

the salad bar was simply amazing, with a lot of selections to choose from. the bread station was also impressive, they had different types of bread available and by the smell we could tell that this was freshly baked. the taste of the plain bread was amazing, especially those small colorful ones. the appetizer station was also full of hot and cold mezzeh. between the salad, bread, mezzeh, and the soup, one could get full and skip to dessert.

moving to the main dishes, if you love turkish food in general, and meat in specific, then you’re at the right place. the food was so delicious, and i’m not picking an item over another, everything in the buffet was delicious and well cooked. they had the exact correct amount of spices added to each dish, and the meat dishes had the correct amount of sauce and perfectly tender and juicy.

the had a live pasta station, an egyptian chef was preparing our pasta, we asked for one with pink sauce and vegetables and cheese on top. as soon as he started with the spices you were taken away by that mouthwatering smell, and he was very generous with the cheese portion on top.

a laturcaalso offer a live grilling station, where you choose from different options of meat and you ask the chef to grill it for you to order. we tried the kofta (medium well) and chicken tawook which tasted really good.

a vegetarian station was also available for those who don’t eat chicken or meat.

when it comes to dessert, we found ourselves out of control between the european section of chocolate cakes, cheesecakes, and tiramisu, the chocolate fountain with fruit cuts and marshmallows, and of course the arabic and turkish section with the best of the middle-eastern sweets. we spotted an ice-cream car at the corner but we had no space left for anything else to try. everything in the dessert buffet was delicious, fresh, and presented in a very elegant and beautiful way.

the service at a laturcawas very good, with all the staff welcoming and ready to assist. the only downside however is that since the place was busy we found it sometimes difficult to get a hold of a waiter when we needed one, i had to leave my table and go ask for something myself.

went for dinner buffet and it's really good and worth the money!

so much food and the grill station is perfect! from meat to fish! the sweets are amazing! being a fan of turkish food, a laturcais my happy place! i love the cold mussels, the pide, the shawarma, and lots of mezze!

this is one of the restaurants ive been too, that i stopped myself in taking photos as i want to enjoy my food!
