overall was good, but i didn’t see what was special aboutzumaitself. the lunch menu is disappointing. there had to be more variety and therefore i don’t recommend going for lunch.

food was phenomenal and the ambiance too as usual with all internationalzumabranches. walking intozumais like arriving to a luxurious party where there is really good gourmet food that awaits you too!

perfect for a first date, nice background music, dim lights, great food and several seating options from bars, to lounges to tables, pick your favorite!

my to go place whenever im in istanbul. its a perfect place to enjoy great selection of musics, lovely variety of drinks and authentic japanese dishes...i'd sayzumain istanbul stands in higher quality and more reasonable price comparing to london and dubai branches...beef skewers,zumasalad, tempura and makis are my fav.
don't miss it.

a wonderful experience at thiszumabranch. the service is wonderful, special thanks to the manager mr. erkan eye who made us feel as vip guests and took care of all the details. the food is nice aszumastandards. i recommend green avocado salad with lemon honey dressing, maki rolls and beef signature dishes. they have a hot drink which is caramel latte is so special. two thumbs upzumaistinye park.

awesome food (as in every otherzumarestaurant), nice service however it’s not the prettiestzumaas i think it should have been on a better hotel or rooftop!
all the tempuras were awesome but the best was the seabass tempura and calamari! as always the black cod is perfect! besides that the sushi wasn’t that good however the braised salmon was great! the grilled salmon teriyaki was ok :)

burası ile ilgili tek eleştirim fiyat/porsiyon dengesizliği. porsiyonları biraz daha büyük olsa gerçekten tattığınız her şey çok lezzetli. baharatlı limonlu kanat, çıtır kalamar ve tatlı karides favorilerim. hele o kanadın ekşimtırak tadına bayılıyorum. alkollü kokteyllerini de denemenizi öneririm. özellikle de mekanın special lezzeti olanzumamai tai yi.

to be honest, despite lovingzuma(oooooh that brunch!), i always stayed away from their miami spice menu. i never heard great things about the experience. well, not only did i love it, it’s been my favorite thus far!. coconut blanc manger. salmon & tuna tartare. spicy yellowtail roll. roasted beet salad

before going tozumai heard many things about it! only good things though, so my expectations were very high. and as it happened it didn't disappoint. as per usual, the best dish of the night was the black cod along side with their special desert (chocolate foundant) that was not on the menu, but our waitress was kind enough to advices on it.
the location was superb as well since we were next to the river.

zuma is a japanese restaurant with a contemporaneous flair (inspired by izakaya-style japanese dining) that has already successfully launched more than 10 locations worldwide. its food, décor and ambience makezumaa unique food venue in miami. aside from an extensive meal selection,zumaoffers an excellent tasting menu and likewise it features a brunch like no other in the city. certainlyzumais one of the best restaurants in miami in spite of being somewhat pricey.

my first visit tozumamiami, and i can say that they have the best fusion cuisine i have ever tried, fabulous presentations, beautiful decor, and a great service. i will definitely come back if i visit miami any time soon

ortaköy'deki manzalı yerinden sonra i̇stinye park'taki yenizumaharika olmuş. aşırı şık dekorasyonu ile çok havalı. ferah ve loş bir ortam. dışarı balkonu bence yazın favorisi olur. ana yemek cod fish en sevdiğim. bir de finaldeki tatlı ve sunum harika. zuma'ya yeni lokasyonunda başarılar. tabii ki fiyatlar yüksek.

went on my birthday dinner and was not a very pleasent experience. i and my wife were on vacation from india in miami and were recommendedzumaby our hotel for a special dinner. so our table was booked for 8.30 pm and we finally got seating at 9.15 pm. didnt matter as we were having a nice time at the bar. we ordered the black cod with miso and my wife got a sharp bone in the fish while eating which is not expected at a restaurant of the quality and price as zuma. the server said he would replace and he apologized. after 7 to 10 min he came back and said he couldn't guarantee that the next black cod will be filleted properly and without bones as the server hadn't filetted it himself. wowww. so is it the server who fillets the fish. so he said you could skip the fish if you like. we then ordered scallops which took another 15 min to arrive while we were hungry. after that when we asked for pot rice the server said it will tk 25 min and then when we said get us some sushi roll quickly he said it will also take 15 min. when one has already had a bad experience then service and attention has to be better. while the food was nice whatever we had but then you expect better service. the senior management tried all damage control as we asked for the cheque after the scallops and wanted to leave. they offered us free desserts but we were not in the mood. great food and ambience but service needs to improve. maybe my case was a one off but it did happen.
