disappointed i would like t.... disappointed
i would like to say that i ate here and could write a review but i never got past making reservations. turns out they don't take reservations, (i had a party of 10 that wanted to eat there), but instead you have to call ahead, they may hold a table for you and they may not. if they do decide to hold a table for you, you have to have at least half of your party present at therestaurantbefore they will even get a table ready. basically, they have a whole lot of rules in place for their convenience and not that of the customer. needless to say i'm not going to play crapshoot with a party of 10 people and potentially ruin our evening when they tell us there is no table available. i now understand why their parking lot is 90% empty most of the time and why there are so many negative reviews on urbanspoon.

great but discrimination. the food was awesome and me and my husband had been going there for a while. today i witnessed racial profiling conducted byrestaurantemployees. a white man had 'misplaced" his wallet and black girls were sitting behind him. the white man reported it to therestaurantemployees and they came to the black girls table to ask them. they also asked them to open their purses so that they could be searched. when nothing was found, no one offered any apologies to the black girls. worse stil, the white man told the black ladies that they were sitting behind them andrestaurantemployees did not defend the black girls on this racial profiling. i had been going here for a while and had been my favorite restaurant. after the incident i witnessed tonight, therestaurantas demonstrated by employees actions is simply blatant racist!

food that came from the grocer's freezer. the meat in my chicken parmesan tasted exactly as if it had come from a frozen box. the same goes for the grilled salmon. hardly anything special. the creamed spinach was more cream than spinach. the flat bread served with the spinach artichoke dip was good, but the dip was also more cream than spinach, artichokes or cheese. neither my husband nor i finished our meals and politely declined a to-go box. the only good thing about thisrestaurantwas a nice wine list, but i need food to go along with that, so we won't be returning.
