greatfoodand great service. refreshing atmosphere. nice upper class attraction.

i really enjoyed dining here with my family. the staff was also good and supportive. thefoodis very tasty and delicious. must try whenever near this place.

service lagged a bit, but once we ordered, thefoodarrived in a reasonable amount of time. many dishes on the menu and i've tried a lot of them. the dish that keeps me returning is eggplant parmesan. seriously good. from the menu: "oven baked stuffed eggplant parmesan $12.00
seasoned breaded eggplant, seasoned ricotta cheese, homemade marinara, smoked gouda cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, oven baked until golden, served with angel hair and choice of side."

this place has really gone down hill. i used to love coming here, but my last few visits were awful. the quality offoodand service are both horrible. i ordered a pasta with "grilled" shrimp and it was not grilled at all. it looked and tasted like it came from the frozenfoodsection at kroger. the service is terribly slow even when there is no one in the restaurant. i really do hate this because this used to be one of my favorite places to eat. i really hope it can make a turn around.

i walked in at 1pm there was no hostess so i stood there for a few minutes. a few servers walked by and saw me but never came up to the door. i finally went to ask if i needed to seat myself. she said no they had a hostess and she would get her. once i was sat the bartender served me. she was very polite and attentive. the rest of the staff including a manager just seemed to walk around like there was nothing to do. i saw someone else walk in after me and turn around and walk out after she had been here for a few minutes and no one came to her. thefoodwas ok. it is normally much better than it was today. it seems that the day time staff is never the best here from the few times i have been here for lunch.

thefoodhere is great and the staff is always friendly. i love the mozzarella sticks and the pizza....

great value, decent food. value for what you get is awesome. it's cheap and thefoodis fairly good. i've been on the night where if you order $25 worth of food, you get a cheap bottle of wine. had lots of good leftovers and the wine was decent.

great but discrimination. thefoodwas awesome and me and my husband had been going there for a while. today i witnessed racial profiling conducted by restaurant employees. a white man had 'misplaced" his wallet and black girls were sitting behind him. the white man reported it to the restaurant employees and they came to the black girls table to ask them. they also asked them to open their purses so that they could be searched. when nothing was found, no one offered any apologies to the black girls. worse stil, the white man told the black ladies that they were sitting behind them and restaurant employees did not defend the black girls on this racial profiling. i had been going here for a while and had been my favorite restaurant. after the incident i witnessed tonight, the restaurant as demonstrated by employees actions is simply blatant racist!

food that came from the grocer's freezer. the meat in my chicken parmesan tasted exactly as if it had come from a frozen box. the same goes for the grilled salmon. hardly anything special. the creamed spinach was more cream than spinach. the flat bread served with the spinach artichoke dip was good, but the dip was also more cream than spinach, artichokes or cheese. neither my husband nor i finished our meals and politely declined a to-go box. the only good thing about this restaurant was a nice wine list, but i needfoodto go along with that, so we won't be returning.

went for lunch and was in and out in 30 minutes.foodwas delicious and service was good.

dissapointment. the service was terrible- the servers were far too busy talking to pay attention to the guests and thefoodwas inedible. the pizza was too greasy to eat, the pasta was over cooked & bland & the salad was wilted & warm. my friends & i will never eat here again & urge you to do the same!

great little place!!. old venice is a wonderful place to enjoy goodfoodat a good price. the greek salad is great! wednesday's nights is half price house wine and i have not had anything on the menu i didn't like! the service is great as well! i would give old venice 5 stars at 2 start prices!!!!!
