first time. i tried thebrunchfor the first time with my family and had a pretty nice time. the down side is that the quality certainly isn't amazing. but the up side is the price and the unlimited amount if food. omelet station, roast beef, salmon, bacon, tater tots, waffles, pancakes, fruit, salad and little desserts.

brunch ok, but too expensive.. the sundaybrunchwas ok, but not worth $17.99 or the wait. salmon was dry and overcooked and you have to wait in the omelet line to get it. scrambled eggs also overcooked and had formed into a brick-like mass. tater tots were soggy. bloody mary had way too much black pepper. salad was chopped up iceberg with lots of shredded cheese. pancakes were good, green beans were awesome, biscuits were good, but the jam is very cheap little packages and tastes awful. spend a few extra dollars and go to vin de set instead.

favorite pizza. the tomato basil pizza is my favorite pizza in st louis. i love the atmosphere - very pretty bar.brunchdidn't impress me for the price. there are also long waits because there isn't a lot of room and people like to linger.

great pizza. i love st louis pizza as much as the next native but, sometimes a good fresh pie is just what i need. i had the cheese pizza, more of a pizza margherita, which was amazing. fresh fresh fresh. i could have used a little more tomatoe, but it was amazing. i reheated the leftovers for days and it was delicious every time.

the atmosphere is great, reminds me of a chicago bar for some reason. sidewalk seating was tempting but it was nice inside. i highly recommend.

did not vote this time. when i am in the vast minority on a place sometimes i choose not to vote this is one of "those" places. the usual 4 went here forbrunchtoday 1/9/2011. not close to the ol hood so it was a nice drive into the city. i have read the reviews and wanted to try this place. i liked the choices very interesting. shrimp tempura, cold shrimp, carved beef, sausage, bacon, omelette, biscuit and gravy, mussels, salad, so the variety was there some dishes of all things the bacon and scrambled eggs were just great. the tempura was also in the great side of the column. now here comes the one big thing that was consistent with every dish nothing that was supposed to be served warm was warm. all the "hot' items were cool to cold. my coffee was even cool. so i guess i was not really a fan but wonder if it is normal or just a bad day for the sterno? the pizza was cold and it was under a hot lamp! wow what potential. hope your visit is better than mine

an ok brunch. i went to three monkeys with a group of friends to havebrunchrecently. there is a very nice, large bar with lots of wood and good atmosphere; there's also another dining room where most of the food was set up. there was a decent assortment of appetizers and traditional breakfast food, such as pancakes, bisquits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage. the chicken marsala was pretty good and the bacon was excellent. there was a nice choice of cheeses, crackers, fresh fruit and desserts. but the highlight was the pasta/omlette station in the bar. my friend said her omlette was as good as it gets. i tried some penne pasta with red sauce, bacon, mushroom and it was very good. the chocolate mousse cake and chocolate chip cookies got good reviews. the price is right at about $15.99 and that includes a mimosa or bloody mary.
the staff was very friendly and coffee and dish service for thebrunchwas good. i give it 3/5 stars.

good monkey. love this place!! i have had a couple of lunches and sundaybrunchand all have been excellent. the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. their service makes you feel as if you are at a friends home.
sundaybrunchis a bargain at it's price which includes your first bloody mary or mimosa. a huge variety of food which makes it hard to decide where to start and when to say stop.
the nachos are better then any mexican restaurant, the ribs are a notch above pappy's and the chicken wings are crispy and offer a different twist to the typical restaurant wing. love the patty melt when offered as a daily special.
my only nay, is the cuban sandwich is a little over done and dry.
visit this place, you'll love it!

we've searched around for sundaybrunchbuffets and three monkeys has one of the best. loved the cold salmon, the bloody mary (included in price for brunch), the omelet, green beans, biscuits & gravy were all delicious! i didn't get a chance to try the pasta but our neighbor's dish looked excellent. we'll definitely be back and will bring my mom next time!
