delicious steaks, pizzas, desserts and wine. would definitely eat here again.

what a place. went with a group of 20 on a busy saturday night. waiter very attentive from first beer, they had stone & wood craft beer which pleased me on there great beer menu. the girls loved the cosmopolitan cocktail's then hit the great wine list. for entree we all shared there rosemary and roasted garlic pizza & lamb gourmet pizza they where fantastic the wood fire oven is awesome.for main i had the cohuna wagyu scotch it was the best scotch i have ever eaten the red wine jus has to be the best i've every had ,just loved it. some of the other dishes on the table the otway pork belly my wife can't stop talking about it and the wagyu burger was huge with pickled zucchini wow and the boys loved the 500gram dry aged ribeye and we all got our meals together.our table loved the atmosphere of the woodhouse it really suited there theme. dont leave without dessert the vanilla vanilla, tasting plate where a real treat at the end.defiantly be back loved the exsperince the whole package was great.

touch of reality. my partner and i dined at the woodhouse the other night and i must say that the food was great but made a dent in the hip pocket. visitors be advised that if you want great food then take a lot of money. expensive.

wow. this was our 3rd visit each time was great we were a party of 8 last night one of our friends is in a wheelchair, the extra service given to her was wonderful. we all enjoyed our meal and started with the bruchettas i personally enjoyed the asparagusand the woodflavour came through in the bread delicious. the steak was cooked to my liking . the others had, either chicken pork belly or the ravioli and after we all had the amazing desserts the vanilla vanilla was great. we will all be back again. great atmosphere place looks much different to what it was congratulations bendigo needed something a bit different.

food was great but a shame about the over the top prices and the lack of waiting service. be aware you will pay a lot for little.

well how disappointing. we were expecting a sensational meal and were disappointed from the start. we started with the tasting plate and freshly shucked oysters. both had no taste and were overdone. the crazy prices for the meals i would expect to pay at a 2 hat restaurant not at a steakhouse in bendigo. the steak was cold we sent it back so then it came out overdone. i could cook wagyu better at home. for 40 bucks i expect mire than 5 dry chips and 3 wrinkled carrots. the chef needs to realize he is no matt moran and maybe cook honest and tasty food. avoid this restaurant it's not worth it. oh you come out smelling like smoke, not nice

amazing steaks. with such a relaxed environment and friendly wait staff, the woodhouse was a breath of fresh air as soon as we arrived. my wagyu rump was cooked to perfection on the char grill- one of the best i have ever had- the same goes for the pizza. i also found the bruscetta asparagus with lemon ricotta refreshing and the tasting plate dessert was not only delicious and well varied, but a beautiful work of art. definitely recommend to anyone with a real appreciation for great food.

mr griffin. great steak but that was where it ended for me! it was just so overpriced it was rediculous. %30 to expencive for everything. go the dispensary any day.
