we have been in the market for ramadan iftar.... the amazing thing is the crowd and the nice ambiance.... a view at dubai canal was also beautiful..... the food in general was delicious and the staff was amazing, smiling all the time to make you visit beautiful and make everyone happy.... there were different cuisines: arabic, international, sushi, indian ... and many others... i loved this place... and i am sure you will too 😍

this has to be the best iftar i have had so far. such wide varieties of great food. loved their arabic section. staff people were extremely friendly and ambience wise the place was beautiful as well.

excellent iftar during ramadan. the place is clean, has many stations including salads, italian, sushi, indian, arabic and chinese and many dessert options. fresh seasonal juices are also included in the price. highly recommended, its a must try during this month.

really nice food. kid friendly. buffet is nice. has a wide range of cuisines. has a wide range of desserts for after your food too. reasonable prices too to come with the family.

it’s our second year here) we knew for what we were going. maybe first year was a bit better, but here we go:
food with lots of variety, even if you are tired of arabic vibe, there is asian experience. great options for sweet tooth with ice-cream station and coffee after.
so this is one of the iftars to try during this ramadan, if you didn’t yet)
oh and final touch: there is no crowed, as buffet is really big.

went for iftar buffet today and loved it every bit. the selection is massive arabic, indian, asian, european, they had it all. everything was full of flavor and had proper quality, i wish i had space to have more.
i will have to be really picky to find something for improvement here but i do have 2 comments. 1.the air conditioning was a bit less, most probably because of so many people but never the less. and 2. for a table for 4 we were given a very small table, which i felt was originally for 2 but due to the demand they made it 4.

would definitely visit this place again and highly recommend it

what a hidden gem! it was my very first time at the westing itself, so i was excited to have a nice dinner at this part of town.
me and my partner had a long debate on the restaurant choice and we decided to meet at the middle...since seasonal taste hosts buffet dinners ... it quickly escalated on our list of winners.

we came pretty early...15 minutes before it started, but the team and station were already prepped and ready for the guests. we were warmly welcomed but the manager of the restaurant and introduced to the stations accordingly. it was so nice to see that the service quality of the restaurant matches the star level of hotel. blissful!

there was 7 stations:
1. arabic mezze and main dishes
2. soup station with 3 different flavors
3. cheese and bread station
4. international main dishes
5. salad station
6. indian main dishes
7. desserts

the food quality was impeccable! everything super fresh and filled with flavors. one of the best buffets i have ever experienced here in dubai, hands down to the chefs!!!

they had some live stations as well, making shawarmas and other things...can’t really remember...i was distracted with the variety of dishes 😬

i didn’t really enjoy the desserts, some cake were just tasteless or the combination of flavors were too weird for my asian tastebuds...bizarre.. i know 🤦🏻‍♀️

anyway, great experience! totally recommend. it was quiet and the view on the canal makes it quite a romantical experience ☺️ even though we ended up stuffing ourselves..

i few days ago we went to this restaurant (thu. night) it was a sea food night .. actually it is was amusing. the quality of food were great and the most important thing that you can observe is the hospitality of the guys there (the waiters) all of them they highly professional. specially the one as far as remember his name was "sarem" he was very nice guy . since i noticed he took care of four tables with different nationality including us in very good way. he explain to us the type of food and help us to test it and made all of us enjoined with mail.

the quality of food was great ,the atmosphere in general was very nice.

i am sure i will go again and again and i advice my friend to go their .. actually it was worthy .

i have visiated the place for iftar two days ago ,. and after reading the reviews i was really looking forward to it ... there were many aspects that disappointed me in the the buffet ... first of all , the food was average , the main lamb dish was mediocre ... so many dishes were overly salted ... the ambience was okay , there was space for u to move, but there was no effort to make the food look appealing . it was scattered around , the variety was limited for my taste , i would have expected them to have pizza at least for the kids ,,, there was chocolate fountain , that only had dates and dried apricots to be dipped in it ... it would have been better to include other things like marshmallows and sweets .,.overall u would expect more for 185 per person, or maybe because of how it was presented ... perhaps if it was organized better , it would have been good ...

amazing buffet with finest collection of food items. virtually all cuisines included in spread with near authentic tastes. nice ambience with perfect view outside. pretty great service. would luv to go back again.

we were team of 8 and visited this place for company dinner. the place had a nice spread of cuisines and good desserts. the place kinda was empty in the start but then slowly people started coming. try to get the canal as the backdrop since the view will be great.
valet was free as well. to get to westin is tricky due to the canal.

visited this place during evening time for iftar , the place is very much crowded super packed i must say , they had live stations of arabic , indian , asian , japanese & dessert station as well . staff people were very much welcoming as well . loved their ramadan drinks as well . thank you to the team of the market for such a lovely hospitality .

one of the worse buffers that i have been for in uae. they try to show you that they have varieties but actually it’s just reputation every 3 kitchen serves exactly the same food. the day i have been there they had mostly indian food though they advised me that they will have a lot of arabic / mediterranean varieties (which was a big lie) had to pay a lot of money and all the people with me were really unsatisfied. i don’t recommend this place at all, total loss of money no value at all

we had our iftar here yesterday with my colleagues. wide array of food selection, japanese, indian, chinese, european, middle eastern, etc. not crowded, nice ambiance. my favorite was the dates pudding with vanilla ice cream on top, what a perfect dessert to end the meal.

will never recommend this place to anyone… very disappointed wiz the food quality, taste n the price not worth it at all……
