this has to be the best iftar i have had so far. such wide varieties of great food. loved their arabic section. staff people were extremely friendly and ambience wise theplacewas beautiful as well.

excellent iftar during ramadan. theplaceis clean, has many stations including salads, italian, sushi, indian, arabic and chinese and many dessert options. fresh seasonal juices are also included in the price. highly recommended, its a must try during this month.

went for iftar buffet today and loved it every bit. the selection is massive arabic, indian, asian, european, they had it all. everything was full of flavor and had proper quality, i wish i had space to have more.
i will have to be really picky to find something for improvement here but i do have 2 comments. 1.the air conditioning was a bit less, most probably because of so many people but never the less. and 2. for a table for 4 we were given a very small table, which i felt was originally for 2 but due to the demand they made it 4.

would definitely visit thisplaceagain and highly recommend it

i have visiated theplacefor iftar two days ago ,. and after reading the reviews i was really looking forward to it ... there were many aspects that disappointed me in the the buffet ... first of all , the food was average , the main lamb dish was mediocre ... so many dishes were overly salted ... the ambience was okay , there was space for u to move, but there was no effort to make the food look appealing . it was scattered around , the variety was limited for my taste , i would have expected them to have pizza at least for the kids ,,, there was chocolate fountain , that only had dates and dried apricots to be dipped in it ... it would have been better to include other things like marshmallows and sweets .,.overall u would expect more for 185 per person, or maybe because of how it was presented ... perhaps if it was organized better , it would have been good ...

we were team of 8 and visited thisplacefor company dinner. theplacehad a nice spread of cuisines and good desserts. theplacekinda was empty in the start but then slowly people started coming. try to get the canal as the backdrop since the view will be great.
valet was free as well. to get to westin is tricky due to the canal.

visited thisplaceduring evening time for iftar , theplaceis very much crowded super packed i must say , they had live stations of arabic , indian , asian , japanese & dessert station as well . staff people were very much welcoming as well . loved their ramadan drinks as well . thank you to the team of the market for such a lovely hospitality .

one of the worse buffers that i have been for in uae. they try to show you that they have varieties but actually it’s just reputation every 3 kitchen serves exactly the same food. the day i have been there they had mostly indian food though they advised me that they will have a lot of arabic / mediterranean varieties (which was a big lie) had to pay a lot of money and all the people with me were really unsatisfied. i don’t recommend thisplaceat all, total loss of money no value at all

will never recommend thisplaceto anyone… very disappointed wiz the food quality, taste n the price not worth it at all……

it’s a fineplaceas far as iftar is concerned. restaurant is located on the first floor and you can see dubai canal waterfall which is quite nice. there were five kinds of food, arabic, indian, chinese, continental and dessert. overall it’s a nice experience, my personal favorite was the boneless chicken tikka grilled inside a clay oven.

we went there for friday dinner buffet, theplacewas quiet and the food variety wasn't at the top.
friendly staff and great service.

for my birthday and as we were entering the restaurent they informed us that we cannot use the entertainer, it was very disappointing cause it was not mentioned anywhere that friday isn’t included in the buffet !
we were a big groupe and we had to find anotherplacelast minute! such a shame !

brunch. city brunch on a friday and it was pretty chaotic. we waited a long time for any service staff to come to the table toplaceour drinks orders.

the brunch was probably over booked as tables so close together and every food station had a giant queue for the first 90mins.

i tried the sushi which was lovely. the carvery station was great. awesome choice of drinks with bottled beers, cocktails, wine and bubbly.

kids area was good and well staffed.

no designated smoking area at the brunch so guest last have to take a lift to a lower floor to the bar.

nice that when it ended at 4.30pm we weren’t expected to vacate immediately like some brunches.

been here with family for the city brunch on friday . we had our reservations done prior and the staff were friendly and escorted us to our beautiful table at the window side facing the dubai canal. the staff also took us through the buffet stations which were more than 7 easily . the spread was simply extensive ranging from the continental, arabic , sushi , chinese and indian food, salad bar and a attractive array of desserts coupled with bar with beverages . we started off with beer , wine and some cocktails. kids loved the overall experience of play area and wide range of choices , their favorites were the chicken wings , sushi , some chinese delicacies and desserts . we had a relaxing time and tried most of the food stations and what we loved the most were grilled fish , roasted lamb , chicken tikka, biryani , peking duck and salads . in the desserts mango mousse , tiramisu, raspberry cake was superb. overall it was a fun filled yummy weekend . a perfectplaceto be with family and friends and enjoy a wonderful meal . the service was amazing and we were served by ms lillien who really made it more wonderful !

the worst experience i had. completely luck of choice food. the food was just average. i would not call this buffe coz there wasn't nothing to choice from. i would not recommend thisplaceto anybody.

we had dinner there tonight and we were over 50 people. theplaceis very spacious and neat. it is an open buffet system with too many cuisines from all over the world. the food was good and that is why i gave it a 4; however the service was below average for me as the waiters never came to the tables to take the used dishes. i believe they need to look after this point to try and improve their service.
