we have been in the market for ramadan iftar.... the amazing thing is the crowd and theniceambiance.... a view at dubai canal was also beautiful..... the food in general was delicious and the staff was amazing, smiling all the time to make you visit beautiful and make everyone happy.... there were different cuisines: arabic, international, sushi, indian ... and many others... i loved this place... and i am sure you will too 😍

reallynicefood. kid friendly. buffet is nice. has a wide range of cuisines. has a wide range of desserts for after your food too. reasonable prices too to come with the family.

what a hidden gem! it was my very first time at the westing itself, so i was excited to have anicedinner at this part of town.
me and my partner had a long debate on the restaurant choice and we decided to meet at the middle...since seasonal taste hosts buffet dinners ... it quickly escalated on our list of winners.

we came pretty early...15 minutes before it started, but the team and station were already prepped and ready for the guests. we were warmly welcomed but the manager of the restaurant and introduced to the stations accordingly. it was soniceto see that the service quality of the restaurant matches the star level of hotel. blissful!

there was 7 stations:
1. arabic mezze and main dishes
2. soup station with 3 different flavors
3. cheese and bread station
4. international main dishes
5. salad station
6. indian main dishes
7. desserts

the food quality was impeccable! everything super fresh and filled with flavors. one of the best buffets i have ever experienced here in dubai, hands down to the chefs!!!

they had some live stations as well, making shawarmas and other things...can’t really remember...i was distracted with the variety of dishes 😬

i didn’t really enjoy the desserts, some cake were just tasteless or the combination of flavors were too weird for my asian tastebuds...bizarre.. i know 🤦🏻‍♀️

anyway, great experience! totally recommend. it was quiet and the view on the canal makes it quite a romantical experience ☺️ even though we ended up stuffing ourselves..

i few days ago we went to this restaurant (thu. night) it was a sea food night .. actually it is was amusing. the quality of food were great and the most important thing that you can observe is the hospitality of the guys there (the waiters) all of them they highly professional. specially the one as far as remember his name was "sarem" he was veryniceguy . since i noticed he took care of four tables with different nationality including us in very good way. he explain to us the type of food and help us to test it and made all of us enjoined with mail.

the quality of food was great ,the atmosphere in general was very nice.

i am sure i will go again and again and i advice my friend to go their .. actually it was worthy .

amazing buffet with finest collection of food items. virtually all cuisines included in spread with near authentic tastes.niceambience with perfect view outside. pretty great service. would luv to go back again.

we were team of 8 and visited this place for company dinner. the place had anicespread of cuisines and good desserts. the place kinda was empty in the start but then slowly people started coming. try to get the canal as the backdrop since the view will be great.
valet was free as well. to get to westin is tricky due to the canal.

we had our iftar here yesterday with my colleagues. wide array of food selection, japanese, indian, chinese, european, middle eastern, etc. not crowded,niceambiance. my favorite was the dates pudding with vanilla ice cream on top, what a perfect dessert to end the meal.

it’s a fine place as far as iftar is concerned. restaurant is located on the first floor and you can see dubai canal waterfall which is quite nice. there were five kinds of food, arabic, indian, chinese, continental and dessert. overall it’s aniceexperience, my personal favorite was the boneless chicken tikka grilled inside a clay oven.

we went for friday brunch.

one of the best brunches i have been to in dubai, huge variety, many stations, breakfast option (proper brunch), the fresh seafood was the star of the brunch,nicemusic and great staff, we will definently go again

went for friday brunch, huge n awsme spread of buffet and above all flavorful, gud ambience, great service had some reallynicemomos n sushi n indian snacks were also yummm. kids had a blast having so many desserts so overall great experience and awsme food 👍🏻

this restaurant have a huge fancy spaces with bright interior,and there was a good variety of food arabic,asian ,italian,i loved the roasted beef the most ,the sushi was good too,but the appetizers was not that good,any how the sweets was amazing ,each and every piece was an artwork,i advice everyone to take a bite from the passion fruit cake it was great,in general it was aniceevening ,and i hop i will come more often.

if you are a group of 7-9 people i'd recommend for you to ask for the round table. it is located in anicesection that feels somehow private.

the restaurant has a very well decorated toilet located next to its door.

food cosists of indian,arabic, little sushi section, italian and western section, a verynicesoup section that has 4 options and a bread section that has some interesting out of the box butter options and ofcourse a cold appetizers and salads section.

we were told that the buffet is now offering less variety and quantity due to the low demand that they are getting, but we found it okay if you are not expecting something extraordinary.

western (2.5/5) pepper beef anf beef fajita lacked flavor and were not tender. however short ribs were the star of the buffet. it is slowly cooked and it literally melts in your mouth.

cheese section (3/5) there was only 3 options and it lacked some basics like gruyere and parmesan.

desserts (3/5) for the variety. (5/5) for the flavor of some and (1/5) for others. i was very pleased with some like the amazing linzer torte, carrot cake and the rose and raspberry mousse while very shocked at some basics like sacher! it was nothing like it is supposed to be!

service was really good.

overall a good buffet, but not perfect. it is worth a try.

very polite service by all members of the staff. we were greeted by lovelie and antoine served us our drinks and made sure our table was kept clear of unnecessary dishes. we went for the evening buffet, no a la carte is available for the evening dinner. ambience was lovely with the restaurant overlooking the dubai canal. i went for dim sum which was freshly prepped. it would beniceto have little serving dishes available to put the soya sauce and other sauces as otherwise it just swishes around in the larger plates.
next i had the roast chicken with yorkshire pudding, gravy, roast potatoes and vegetables. the yorkshire puddings were too big and very crispy from the outside and not soft enough from the inside. the gravy had apple in it so i wasn’t fond of the sweetness it gave to the gravy.
had the lamb ouzi also, lamb was cooked well.
deserts were lovely with favourites in the pictures.
overall service was 5 stars as staff are very patient with the children too.

would i go again? yes.
