the market - hilton dubai al habtoor city

if someone wants to have a reason to wake up early for a buffet breakfast in a hotel, that’ got to be it, here in dubai city, the market at hilton habtoor, what a spread it serves, i was spellbound with the choice-mediterranean, indian, arabic, asian , you name it and they have it,choices are ample to choose from be it butter, cereals, cheese or cuisine. display is beautiful and eye appealing, it gives motivation to eat till tummy is full. wify and i were so happy this morning as it made our day. well hey and if this place can’t make you happy ,i’m afraid you are impossible to please.

the market, on the first floor, is the hilton dubai al habtoor city’s all-day-dining restaurant. it’s where you go to have breakfast in the morning and lunch/dinner accordingly. i joined friends there for breakfast and was shocked to find how crowded it was at 08:00. as i entered my eyes grew even wider at the number of asian guests there, over 70% that morning; walking to our table i noticed that the chinese food station was easily winning the restaurant’s popularity contest, surpassing even the egg station (but that may be because there are two egg stations). of course, there’s an indian section, arabic section, cold meats section (but no pork), cheeses, breads, cereals, juices and all the other trappings which are typical of five-star dubai buffets. quality of everything was equally five-star, the coffee, in particular, was superb. commendable too was the service, with staff visiting our table every couple of minutes to check if we needed anything. this is definitely a breakfast buffet worth visiting, especially if you are a fan of asian food. i hear their friday brunch is not too bad either.

it was saturday eve together with my cousins. we booked for hotel room inclusive free breakfast and had 50% discount for dinner. we expected variety of food to be served, unfortunately, it didn't met our expectation. however, experience is quite good and accomodating. service was fast and friendly. hope we can have more option on our next visit.

if a buffet breakfast has a wide variety like the market, then i’ll definitely wake up early. this restaurant serves mediterranean, arabic, indian and asian cuisines. they have a bread, cereals, cheese, waffle, salad, egg and fruit station. they also have various butter such as salted caramel butter, coffee butter and more. i, personally love the chicken congee, sausages, hash brown, mini vanilla muffin and the hot pancakes topped with maple syrup. for drinks, they have fresh juice like lemon & mint and orange, coffee and tea. we went back to our room with a full stomach. if you’ll not like this breakfast buffet, you’re impossible to please.

it used to be great when it was under the westin (season of taste) and it is still great now and worth going to every week. all the selection of food, salad, ...and deserts are fantastic.

to start with, we had to wait 5 minutes at the entrance for any one to entertain us. a staff member stopped in front of us to do some work and it seemed we were invisible. the food stations were mainly empty. the food was extremely cold. the staff informed that they had unexpected amount of guests which is completely unacceptable.

went for friday brunch, huge n awsme spread of buffet and above all flavorful, gud ambience, great service had some really nice momos n sushi n indian snacks were also yummm. kids had a blast having so many desserts so overall great experience and awsme food 👍🏻

5 starts aren’t enough. we came here for our weekly buffet and it was outstanding. complete with soup, bread/cheese, sushi, build-your-own salad, pre-mixed salad, arabic section, asian section, indian section, western section, and desserts. they are running a special right now, so the price is just 110aed/person. even at normal price this buffet is 100% worth it!

after becoming under hilton i have noticed major changes in terms of food selection and variety
it is much lesser in terms of variety compared to when it was under the westin

easily one of the best brunch services in dubai!
we went on a friday with friends and very classy, with fresh food & an unbelievably amazing roast dinner!

this restaurant have a huge fancy spaces with bright interior,and there was a good variety of food arabic,asian ,italian,i loved the roasted beef the most ,the sushi was good too,but the appetizers was not that good,any how the sweets was amazing ,each and every piece was an artwork,i advice everyone to take a bite from the passion fruit cake it was great,in general it was a nice evening ,and i hop i will come more often.

we had a special event scheduled here after la perle and the restuarant staff were all very accommodating and helpful. a huge thank you to prasanth (sorry if i misspelled) and antone- our waiter. the food variety and freshness was excellent- as was the dessert buffet. pls dont miss the flavored butter and gorgeous variety of breads over by the desserts. the view of the canal by nite is also lovely. best thing was the pricing- in a cuty where 100 aed doesnt get u far: we went very far here!!! looking forward to go back again. the special semi-private seating area we got was as good as being in a private room! was absolutely lovely.

what i love most about this restaurant is the view but i must say, the sashimi is fresh and the spread is not bad. we were served by their attentive waiters and waitresses. definitely worth a repeat.

very nice place and best food ever , very classy at the same time and price wise is great , the dessert section is just very big that you don’t get enough from it
