best salads downtown. i had a $50 gift card to the frc, so my coworker and i headed over for lunch two weeks after the opening. the restaurant was packed, but there was room at the bar, so we sat down immediately. we each ordered the salmon & kale salad, and a beer (yay!). i'm not normally a salad person, but this was amazing. the salmon was tender, the dressing was amazing, and the almonds and currents really set this thing apart. i went back just yesterday and ordered the grilled chicken taboulah (sp?) salad, which was also amazing. the service was great, our drinks never got too low, and the ambiance is perfect for a downtown business lunch. i can't wait to go back and explore more of the menu.
